    Every time I come here it's good quality service, good bargaining with the employees, always treat me with kindness and respect. Unlike other pawnshops around the area,these guys here offer great deals. If somethings defective, they'll they'll work with you until your issue is resolved. What other pawnshop does that?

    This place is a joke. Most times you go there there will be about an hour long wait, just buying? Sorry still waiting. Want to know the price of something or just ask a question? Sorry youre gonna have to wait. They have this fabulous way of raking in the cash yet cant have a person whos in charge of the floor, just one or two cashiers. Go to the place a block east, you will thank me.

    The guy was nice, and very generous he said you can return it tomorrow if the game doesn't work,and I will give you a refund such nice people. Lot of games, and great prices for consoles, and also a lot of blu-ray, and dvds fair prices too.

    For one the service sucks by the people that works there except for Nick. Two: getting a damaged tv back that was on layaway. Three: having to by back my 3 tv's and my son's bike. Four: getting lied to over the phone when I asked them to make a note on when I was coming in to pay or extend an item. Five: after talking to a staff member, they put my stuff out on the floor for sale. Six: I also got told by a first national associate to go to a different pawnshop and I have been. So overall I will never go back to the Fargo location or any first national pawnshop location ever again.

    I felt comfortable as soon as I walked into this business. They greet every customer as they walk through the door and as they leave. I have worked with Becky twice. She is fair and nice! I will continue to be a customer here whenever I need these types of services. I highly recommend "First National Pawn"!

    I enjoy First National Pawn. They know what they are doing and have great customer service. They are friendly as well as helpful to the customer They are fast to say hello and answer any and all questions you may have. The best in town

    Honest, quick, courteous guys here. They are even nice enough to give you a courtesy call when your item is about to expire giving you a chance to keep your item. This is something the other stores do not do. The new manager here is going above and beyond to keep customers happy. I wouldn’t even consider doing business anywhere else.

    The only place ill go from now on... had a few things i didnt need anymore and they gave me the best price in town for it! Highly recommend. The only downside is the lines are generally pretty long.

    Service was good, very friendly just felt like I wasnt able to really look around w/o clerk in my face. I do not think it was a service issue, but more of a personality issue. Was in and out of store with purchase very quickly.

    Just purchased a gaming system from this locale. Friendliest customer service I've had all day. Would definitely buy from here again. Didn't get the cashier's name but thumbs up to her and the other gentlemen as well. God bless.

    This is a great place to shop I have been shopping here for a long time. I have always had a great experience. Even if something goes wrong they take the time to make sure it is taken care of in a way the both the business and customer are happy. So go in and check them out!!!!!!

    Bought a switch, not knowing much about it. Turned out it came with the wrong power cord, but I contacted the salesperson, and he found the one I needed. Great atmosphere, great price, great experience.

    Honestly if I could go lower on the rating I would. I was in there store earlier in the day and looked at some silver bars. Told the guy I was going to the bank to get money and I would be back. When I got back I went up to the counter and told the guy I need help with something in the display case. He said we will get some one right over. I waited 52 minutes with no help from any employee. Then I left and called the manager and he basically said "ya we are busy" never tried to apologize or get my business back. They are very unprofessional and really don't care about the customer time or money. Used to shop there all the time, I will NEVER go back.

    Seemed up front. Didn't care if an item they would never ever buy was sold to someone outside their store. I also happen to like the quality of their wares, better than area pawnshops.

    My husband and I haven’t stopped visiting the pawn shop since we first checked it out about 5 months ago. We’ve been able to grow a beautiful collection of gold. This pawn shop always has the most beautiful and unique jewelry pieces and for very good prices. Everyone at the shop knows us and treats us very well. We love it there.

    I mean, it's a pawnshop. The staff was quick to assist me. I will say this, they definitely didn't care about me as a customer, or even try to. I was low balled on my items and there was zero negotiation. I felt like they felt superior to me in the sense that he asked how much I was wanting to loan or needed, I answered acknowledging my items wouldn't get me there, but then to give me a figure that is half what I expected and it was take it or leave it, seemed cold and unfriendly. I tried getting $15 more dollars rounding up and before I could even finish it was a firm no. Of course I was informed I could go home and grab more stuff to bring in and then I'd get more....I don't know, clean store, nice staff just not concerned about retaining customers it seems. I did the pawn because of the emergency I have, but once I buy back the items, I'm not sure I'll return. And yes, I know they are there to make money but sometimes money can be made by helping a customer out and giving a higher fair loan and collecting the interest and still profiting if they default. Just saying.

    I love this place. And the people. Especially Terry and Orlando. They always have a smile on their face and go above and beyond t provide exceptional customer service. I've been a customer for almost 3 years. And. The last few months have been stopping in to lokm at their archery equipment. I finally found the perfect bow. Got a great price on it and all the accessories came with. Thank you guys so much. Your the best.

    I've been there twice and both times these people treated me very fairly, they seem to understand that when people are at a pawn shop life might not be so great. Also there are lots of good things there on sale I would stop by there first before I would have thought brand new. The two men on duty at 11:45 on November 16th 2020 did a really good job

    First National is the best. Fair prices on there stuff for sale. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend them to anyone. Some of my favorite jewelry is from there.

    I never write reviews, but the manager handled the entire situation so poorly that I feel an obligation to warn others. I purchased an item described as NEW with nothing missing except for possible damage to the packaging. The item arrived with missing parts. I emailed the store the next day but nobody replied back. The following early morning I called the store and left a message with an employee who explained that the person who handles online sales would call me as soon as they got in. Again I didn't hear back from anyone. Just before 5 PM I called the store again and managed to get a hold of the person who I understood handled these matters - his name was Josh. He explained he was aware of the situation, didn't offer any apology and suggested I return the item. Since the item was quite large and heavy, it would cost anywhere from $30-$40 to return it. I didn't think it was fair that I be out the shipping cost considering I did nothing wrong in the transaction process. Josh gave me some sad story about how corporate wouldn't allow him to issue a shipping label or tack on the shipping cost to the purchase price or to cover the cost of the missing parts by refunding a portion back to the purchase method or to offer any other alternative solution. At no point in time during our conversation did I raise my voice or become ill mannered, but Josh noticeably became more and more agitated throughout the conversation. All in all, it became quite clear that he simply wasn't going to help with any part of the issue and not in so many words told me to suck up the shipping costs. This was my first experience making a purchase from this shop, and most likely my last. In my experience of making purchases online (and I shop often), I have never encountered a seller who wasn't willing to work to find an amicable solution to a situation which was admittedly the fault of the seller to begin with. After this entire experience I was left with a very bad taste. Telling the customer to dish out cash as a result of a mistake made by the seller should never be the only option the seller presents.

    Great customer service. Did give me the best price on a Milwaukee docket set that I paid 180 for he was at 55 which I felt like was low but overal I would recommend this place because of how they treat you. I also watched him replace a kids controller that was broke!!!!! Pawn brookers rarely do that.

    Knowledgeable sales person. Great deal. Unfortunately we purchased a computer and when we got it set up the cd-rom didn't work so had to return the item. I had bought the return guarantee program so I was able to use a store credit to purchase something else. I'm not sure what would have happened if I hadn't have bought that. I would have been very upset if they had said I couldn't return it since it didn't work.
