Absolutely disgraceful of staff to accuse me of stealing or price tag switching. Was going to buy a DVD and pulled the price tag back to check if it was dubbed or subtitled. Was accused of tag switching when I have been shopping there for over 20 years and they still treated me like that and actually banned me from store even though I talked to the owner and he said I was welcome to shop there. I will not. One caveat: do not buy electronics from them. They say the test everything but my late mother and I bought many electronics and always had to return. Anyway, this is my final review of this junk store I also stand by my innocence until the day I die.

The manager Matt gave me a awesome deal on a old WW2 gun a while back. Tony n Josh (aka the Hair All Stars) are good guys. Rest of staff is awesome!!

Got a lens from there but it wasn't compatible with my camera. The folks were super understanding and helpful from purchase to return. Can't speak for their loan services but watching the interactions with others I think they do a pretty good job.

My brother brought in a brand new, never used amazon echo dot and was offered a measily $5 (it runs $40-50 in stores). We realize that they have to consider resale value but we feel that he was taken advantage of and low balled.

I would recommend this place to anyone in need of pawn stuff! The staff are friendly and supportive, and I have high regards for the manager Matt. I went their hoping for a partial refund after the gadget fail to work for me. But the guy was an angel. He fully refunded me. I'd definitely come back for future putchases.

Absolutely, this 45th Street location is always willing to offer a deal. More tools and are much organized now as of Jan 2016. They're friendly too. I recommend. The only issue is they carry very few electronics and other items, accept tools.
