Exchange Station 8th St, Moorhead

Id give this place 1/2 star tops. I was treated like complete garbage by the younger man as if I was lesser of a human than he is. No respect and definitely NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Beyond mind blown at the severely disrespectful and degrading experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I broke my phone and gave them a try as I've seen deals there in the past. Found a good cell phone for a good price. The staff were nice and patient while I checked it out and made sure it was what I was looking for. Highly recommended. Side note: They've moved into the old Margaurites Music building. It's nice, clean and uncluttered. Feels more like a pawn shop but that's what I was looking for.

Although some of their pawned stuff was well priced. No one said anything to me as I walked in. I walked around for 5 minutes, people looked my way. Not one word...also, their regular furniture is over priced. I'd go there for pawned stuff only.

Ive Checked around, and the Exchange Station carries great new furniture at a much lower price then the big box stores around. Thanks Kevin for the Great Deals!

Very nice staff, but terrible est. Times for getting furniture. We have now been waiting 3 months for a loveseat that we have now been told 8 different times when it will be in to pick up. So overly frustrated with the run around

We had such a great experience here! We were looking for a specific couch. They didn’t have the couch in stock and Kevin actually called the other furniture stores in town seeing if they had any we could buy. No one did so we ended up ordering it here for about $300 cheaper than everywhere else. Shipping took about 3 months which was expected because of COVID. They delivered it and put it together for us. We recommend this place to everyone! It doesn’t look like anything special but they have great deals. Can’t recommend Kevin enough. He’s a kind human who really just wants the best for his customers!

Guy running the counter is stuck up, would rate it 1/2 a star if I could.

This place is very friendly. They helped me as needed and don’t over pester you when you don’t want to be bothered. People who complain about not getting enough money for their stuff aren’t very smart. That’s how this works. Just like trading in a car. You want full value, then you can hassle with selling it outright yourself. You want quick and easy money, pawn off/trade in. This place even gave me a deal when the item “didn’t fit the deal” (i.e. 25% off items up to 19.99 and my item was 20.99). My Fiancée and I highly recommend this place. Been there many times! And have scored great deals!

None of staff was wearing a mask despite a sign on the door saying that masks were required. Decent stuff and prices but they don't seem to value the well being of their customers.

I bought a laptop and decided to return it after 3 hours of testing on the same day. When I went back to return the laptop on the same day the guy who sold me the computer was kinda upset you know why :) Also, he told me that if I did not return it the same day I would not be able to get my money back even though he told me that there was 30 day money back guarantee when I was buying it! Surprise!!! I got lucky! I am giving them 1 star.
