Do not let Paul Gassner touch your finances. I had my taxes done by him a few years ago, and recently received an audit from the IRS claiming that my Federal refund was not reported. When I investigated why, I found out that Paul Gassner did not include the info on my 1040! I then emailed him hoping for some kind of resolution, he could at least pay the interest the Feds are charging me for the oversight years ago. After all, I did pay for him to do my taxes properly, and he didn't. I received no response, no apology, and I am stuck with the back taxes and interest charges. In the DirecTV commercial voice: "Stop back taxes and interest charges, switch to Turbotax."

Absolutely the worst service. No communication and very little time spent on details. H&R would be better in the customer service area!
