I purchased a 2022 Kia Forte LXS from this dealership and was very well pleased. Howard and James were the perfect salesmen. When Howard was off James took over and vice versa. Dream team! They kept me updated on every change that happened with the car and was very upfront about everything such as cost which was super important to me! They didn’t hide anything but put it all on the table. Everything was explained in detail and my car was cleaned to perfection. When it seemed the car would come in later than expected they gave me a rental at no charge until my car came in which so happened to be the day after I got the rental. Will def be buying my next car from Galeana Kia in the future!!!

Amazing. Simply amazing. Very efficient. Mr. Howard Franklin was very professional and courteous with great attention to the details in making sure I got the exact car I was looking for. Mr. Rodriguez made the paperwork effortless and transparent. The deal was done in less than 2 hours the same morning. The Galeana Kia showroom was warm and friendly. My experience at this dealership was fantastic and very refreshing. I can not say enough good things about the gentleman who sold me the vehicle , Robert Holtz. I purchased a 2023 Sportage SX Prestige a month or so ago, and I say my experience at this particular dealership and in particular with Robert was excellent/refreshing , because I had been to several dealerships before happening upon this gem of a Kia dealer. I am in sales myself and did not like at all some of the tactics I clearly saw being attempted on me at other dealerships. Intimidation tactics surrounding the buyer (me) by four to five guys upon an offer , all silent trying to strong arm me into feeling uncomfortable/awkward enough to sign papers at a horrible rpice was one of my favorites, got a good laugh out of that one after I walked out. The classic ,"I don't have the power to do this for you, but I can see if my manager will approve this and I'm not saying he will, he probably wont, but if he does, do we got a deal?" over an initial $500 come down from the very first offer from the dealership that was at 7k above sticker...that was a good one too. I bring up these bad experiences to demonstrate the type of tactics that where the complete opposite from how Robert and Galeana Kia treated me. Robert at no time tried any strong arm or shady tactics. He was fair, honest, transparent, friendly, and extremely helpful/knowledgeable/patient during the whole negotiating process. Robert was the same as well in every step that followed in the purchasing process after reaching a fair price. He even followed up with me a few weeks later to see how I was liking the vehicle and if I needed help with any of the tech inside the vehicle. Above and beyond! It was extremely pleasing and again, refreshing, to have dealt with such an honest salesman , concluding the car buying process on a great note, and reaching what I felt was a great deal in getting an awesome new car I absolutely love. On the back end in the financing department , Teo Rodriguez was great as well. Very friendly/patient, helpful in answering all questions and offering general credit/finance advice not even directly related to this vehicle purchase. Felt very well taken care of by Robert , Teo , and the entire Galeana Kia Staff! If your in the market for a vehicle , after having one vexing experience after another at other dealerships, I feel justified in saying you should absolutely go check out Robert and Galeana Kia! Cannot recommend high enough!

I had my heart set on a KIA Soul but hubs wasn't so sure. We did some chatting with Kieffer our Sales Rep and he assured us that if hubs didn't like the car NO PRESSURE from him. Well, my husband is very impressed with this car! Kieffer is absolutely the best sales rep we have ever dealt with. Let us take our time and when we said YES we were out the door driving our new car in about 1 hour 45 min! Finance dept is quick and explained everything! The Sales Manager came out to make sure we were happy before we drove off. Follow up is amazing. Kieffer called the night we got the car to ask if all was good...even the next day to double check we were happy.

On a whim I decided to apply for credit online. Fifteen minutes later I received a phone call back from Howard. We spoke about what I was looking for and he told me he would get back to me within the hour. Not even fifteen minutes later I received a call back with a deal. Howard was phenomenal to work with, and made the process so easy. I was in and out of the dealership in 35 minutes. Heather had all the paperwork ready to go. I would definitely recommend working with Howard and this Kia dealership. My credit is horrible, and they were able to put me in a 2019 Soul with reasonable payments. Howard is the best, and I would recommend him to any one looking for a car.

Great experience buying a car. The salesman Lou Barth (Big Lou) helped me to order a new car that I was set to wait 16 weeks to come in. Well it took a lot less and I was very happy with the car. I have been to the dealership for routine maintenance on my 2019 Kia Soul several times since moving to Fort Myers, Florida. They are always friendly and very professional. I can not express how amazing our visit was there yesterday. I was getting an oil change and my son had started paperwork at another Kia in cape coral, there customer service was awful to say the least. I ran in an talked to Rob ( a rock star) , within 2 hours not only did my son leave with a car, it was an incredible deal compared to the other store. Teo, the finance person was so great and a pleasure to talk to. The floor manager who's name I didn't get, was also super helpful. ONLY Galeana for us for ever! Great experience.

I have never written a review before for any business, I think most are subjective and more times than not people have an axe to grind. But after having a very traumatic car issue while visiting family in Ft. Myers I feel it is necessary to write one. We had a major issue with our vehicle that was purchased at a Kia dealership 1300 miles away. I had the vehicle towed to Galeana they could have very easily blown us off, since the car was not purchased there, but they did not. Shane Owens in service went above and beyond to make it right and fixed the problem. Shane understood our concerns kept in constant contact with us which sometimes was hard considering we live in Michigan. Others at Galeana we had conversations with were also outstanding, great customer service (even though we were not really customers) To Shane and those who relieved our anxiety and worked with us during this stressful time a big THANK YOU!!!

Recently I purchased a 2022 KIA Carnaval from a different SW Florida dealership. Basic service at that dealership was not done to my satisfaction. The KIA corporate office recommended that I work instead with the Galeana KIA dealership in Ft. Myers. And boy I am glad I did! I had a recall on my trunk latch and it broke and I had to wait and the person who made my appointment messed up however, when we realized this everyone at the dodge and Kia were extremely helpful to figure out what happened and got me situated. I go to get my car when it was done ( i dropped my car off completely dirty as I couldn’t wash it with a trunk that doesn’t close) and they went out of there way to clean my car. Highly recommend, they made my day!

The one star is specifically for Claudia in the service dept. I called inquiring about warranty extension on my vehicle. Without even bothering to look up the VIN Claudia just told me there was no coverage. I asked if she could please double check and she simply said she doesn't need to because she deals with this all day. I hung up and made multiple calls to other Kia dealerships (out of state) and both of there verified there was coverage within minutes of me asking simply by actually looking up the vin. I would've been out thousands of dollars for a repair that is covered under warranty simply because Claudia did not want to do her job.

Shane was the best service advisor ever. He was honest and up front. Took care of me from day 1. I understand understaffing and all and he explained all the needed services and repairs. I will not go to anyone else. He knows how to talk to people and knows how to take care of folks. I will only go to Shane.

Just want to take a few moments to express my graditude for Salesman Howard Franklyn. What a special experience it was to work with him. So upfront, curtious and friendly.. I knew within a couple minutes of talking to him I could trust him. We talked about several options that I had including buying my own car that had only 6679 miles on it nearings lease end. Howard put together a couple proposals including a new lease on a couple 2023 Sportage's. Layed them out for me and I ended up buying my leased car with the low mile, low price and high resale value. My grandson bought a 2015 Kia Soul from another dealer. The engine went an he had it towed to the dealership an they refused to fix it, There was a recall that was not performed. The car sat in the driveway for awhile. I just leased a new Sportage from Galeana Kia. I talked to the service manager about ny grandsons car an he said get me the vin number which I did. He contacted my son and said get it over here. Yesterday my son got a call an said the car was ready. OMG. I took my grandson to pick it up an he was shocked what they have down.A big shout out to Jeff Ennis and his team that fixed my grandsons car. You all will have my families business from now on. I had such a positive experience purchasing a new car from Galeana Kia in Fort Myers. This is my second car from this dealership. Sam Veloz made the entire process stress free and enjoyable. I bought a 2021 Niro hybrid. I like a dealership where you are not pressured into buying a car with more bells and whistles that you may not want or need. Sam asked questions and took me for a test drive. Since I like a new car every 3 to 4 years and don’t put many miles on my car, he suggested that I may want to consider leasing the car, which I did. Everyone at the dealership made me feel special. And once the sale was made, Sam contacted me to see if I had any questions after getting the car home. I had a few questions about some of the features and I was able to bring the car in for a quick tutorial. Sam went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new car. Isn't a diagnostic check to figure out what's wrong with your vehicle???? Why is it dealerships are able to do a diagnostic check tell you what's "wrong" with your car...then after you pay $700 dollars in labor and parts.... THATS NOT THE PROBLEM SOMEHOW?!?!?! Don't go here unless you are rich. Quoted me 1,700 to replace my car's evaporative core on the a/c. Took it to Automotion and they replaced two fill valves that were leaking. A/C is now fine. Cost me about 50 bucks. This is how they make their money. Stay away!

It’s been almost a month since I leased a Kia Forte from Galeana Kia. I never drove Kia before and I can tell that I’m extremely satisfied!! I had a pleasure working with Vince and Steve. They were both professional, not pushy and they made my experience very smooth. Teo closed my paperwork , explained me everything I need to know. He was fast and efficient and it didn’t take too long. This dealership have good people working. They don’t try to push you to buy something you don’t like and they accommodate everything! On vacation took my 2019 kia sorrento in for trans slippage asked if they would top it off but told me 150$,not lets keep it from seizing a warranty fill it(we drivers cant fill it no tube to fill it) Got my car back and now have an antifreeze leak none was present when i took it in im sure because i came from indiana to the keys back to ft meyers without any issue. Worst place I have ever bought a car. Sales was rude, unpleasant, and lacked knowledge of the cars they were selling. Very loud music blaring all the time. When I asked to turn it down, I was told to leave if I didn't like it. Should have. I have been a KIA, HYUNDAI patron for over 35 years. My last purchase will be the last KIA HYUNDAI I Will ever buy. The cars are costing more every year and the quality and creature comforts diminish yearly. My advise is to buy elsewhere. Being human demands respect. Your $20,00 to $40,000 demands knowledgeable sales. You will find neither at Galeana. Service is another story entirely. They are are knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and proficient. They have never disappointed me.

I cannot say enough nice things about Lou at Galeana Kia. When looking to buy a vehicle, I found that many local locations did not have what I was looking for. I reached out to several dealerships that were further away, and Lou was the only one to quickly and efficiently assist me over the phone. In the course of just a few hours we were able to negotiate a deal so that I could pick up the car the next day. This was a great relief to me as I did not have to make multiple long trips to visit multiple dealerships, and there were no surprise changes when I arrived. Lou at Galeana Kia was the only sales person that I spoke with that treated me as though I was there in person with him. Every time I called, he answered and quickly provided me with accurate information. When I arrived, all of the paperwork was already prepared. Lou made sure that any specific requests were addressed, and then some. He was extremely friendly and cordial towards other members of my party that he not been previously introduced to. He made them feel extremely comfortable, and involved them in the process. Finally, Lou followed up with me after the sale, that same day, to make sure that we made the trip home safe and everything was going well. I would be remiss to leave a review without mentioning Heather in finance. Regardless of the car buying experiences that I have had in the past, good or bad, I have never had such a pleasant experience finalizing the deal, until now. Heather had everything prepared for me, and was extremely thorough and pleasant. She answered any questions I had without hesitation, and was very honest about my options. Overall, I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Galeana Kia, even if you have to make a bit of a trip to do so. These two individuals, Lou and Heather, make the car buying experience enjoyable and easy. They were both extremely honest and eager to assist. Although not the focus of my review, I have to say I was also provided a very fair price for what seems to be an excellent vehicle. Normally, this would be the most important part of a purchasing experience for me, but the customer service I received stood out so much more. Both factors combined, I found that Galeana Kia provided the best overall value by far of the 10+ other dealerships I communicated with.

Had a fantastic experience getting my first ever car here with Paul Freeman! Super helpful, upbeat, friendly, and ready to find the vehicles that met our needs and wants! He greeted us right on the lot and spent the better part of the day with us working out our deals. Super excited to call a 2018 Kia Soul my own and as my first car! Paul was very happy and excited to be part of our experience as well, and he really went above and beyond in getting us into our new cars and trying to get me out to work on time, too! The whole dealership is very nice and neat, and the used cars we tried out were very well taken care of! Went to Galeana Kia today and left with a new Telluride! Big Lou was outstanding to work with. He explained all options with great details and was patient with all our questions. I went to the Cape Coral Kia dealer first and was very disappointed with the way I was treated. What a difference between the two dealerships. We are old and didn’t know anything about new car technology. Big Lou understood that we needed extra explanation and he was great. Wally was so helpful. He was more of a consultant than a sales person. He was quick to find out what our necessities were to advice us on the best model that fitted our budget. He and the sales manager truly showed that they cared. Very different from other car buying experiences. Truly caring behind the quality. Update, I went to buy a second car, this time it was a used car, a 2018 Optima. The experience was complete opposite, I found out that they were advertising the same unit for about $500.00 less on market place I even showed them the snap shot I got from them and they would not honor it. I spoke to a manager, yes after I had signed the deal, He indicated that he would see what he could do that he would call me back, well no call back. My girlfriend that referred me to buy the car there because of our first experience filled out a document to get $100.00 referral incentive and guess what. Nothing. So I will edit this and go from a 5 star to a 2 star.

Definitely avoid Galeana Kia, all they are interested in is selling you a car at a high profit. Their service department deserves 0 stars. My car came with a misaligned tailgate, when the service manager took it to the body shop manager/foreman who stated "it is a mass produced car and not a Bentley and I am not going to touch it", I contacted Kia America and took it to another dealer who uses an independent body shop. I updated Galeana service manager Tim about this and his response was "if they do a good job let me know I can send all my cars there". Really great response. He also said the dealership received another car like mine and I asked him are they going to fix it, answer no. I spoke with my sales person who asked me to email everything to him so he could forward to the dealership General Manager, Inwas never contacted by the General Manager. All this speaks for itself about Galeana Kia. I have sent a letter to the CEO of Kia America as well as a letter to the CEO of Kia South Korea about their dealer representatives. If you are looking to buy a Kia, buy a used car or have your Kia serviced don't waste your time or energy going to Galeana Kia as they only care about taking your money instead go to a reputable dealer of which Galeana Kia is definitely not.

Joe was great with Sales. Really worked with me till we found exactly what I wanted. Went above and beyond even after hours to help. He was amazing. Vehicle ended up with problem and did not have good service in the service center. He went the extra step to help me find answers even after the sale. Service center was bad experience. One had vehicle for a week and things started going wrong. Was told I had to want 4 days for appointment and problems worsened so brought it in a dropped it off. Was told it would be fine by the end of the day or very first thing in am. Next day I called 4 times and left messages with no call back till about 4 pm. Missed a day of work expecting vehicle in am. The removed parts from my vehicle without asking me just told me after it was already done and didn’t get it replaced even though it was a listed feature at the time of sale. Now 3 days later the check engine light is on. Truck was bought 2 weeks ago and already spent 2 days in garage and going back to try again.

I have been to a minimum of 15 car dealerships and Galena Kia is the only car dealership with a salesman(Joe Wright) that made me feel like I wasn't being scammed into over paying for garbage. Joe Wright was by far the most helpful and courteous car salesman I have ever met. I was almost convinced that Joe had built every car there himself because of the extensive amounts of knowledge he had on any car i showed interest in. Joe made every other salesman i spoke to at other dealerships look like 2nd graders because of his apparent mastery of every car on the lot. The only complaint i have is that there aren't more Joe's in the world. If it was in my ability to clone Joe Wright and put him in the salesman position of every dealership in the world I absolutely would. I bought my first car at this dealership and the staff made the process simple and easy to understand. I will undoubtedly be shopping at Galeana Kia for all my future cars and car accessories.

Service department is horrible. Had an appointment and still waited an hour and a half to find out that the key we ordered does not even fit in the ignition, and that we will have to order another key and come in for another appointment. After saying several times that I did not want to pay for the service and bring home a defective key, Charles eventually offered me half price on the service appointment. However, he was more than happy to charge a full $140 for the service initially. Additionally, Charles told me that when a new key is delivered to Kia, I should come pick it up rather than leaving it at the service department because all of the keys look the same and it could get lost. Because evidently that's the customer's issue. What a mess and a waste of an hour and a half.

Getting in an accident is always a stressful situation, especially when a vehicle is deemed a total loss. Dealerships are always intimidating as well, moreso now with price mark ups, low inventory, etc. However Galeana Kia and my salesman Howard made the process very painless, and inviting. Purchased a vehicle in November within the first week engine issues , issues they gave us a rental. Two months and 13 days later engine again!! Yes, we purchased extended warranty. Only to be told they can't fix the vehicle there it has to be taken to dodge. The back and forth with this company is bad. Spoke to someone they said well you know the car has miles on it and things may happen. To all future purchases here, no matter the paper that shows they checked the car make sure you get it checked somewhere else.

Took my 2015 Kia Optima SXL into service for a simple oil change. Got the vehicle back and a recall operation had been performed without my advisor telling me one was outstanding. No big deal, except for now my service light for my blind spot system was illuminated. Took it right back in and was told that the recall operation was not performed properly. Scheduled another appointment to have it repaired, properly this time, and kept the vehicle all day. Was leaving work, without transportation and had to call in to check status. On hold forever, but finally was told the vehicle was ready for pick up, car fixed. Picked it up and found the blind spot system light was off, but now the system itself was inoperative. No test drive from the tech (mileage the same in and out). Took it back a third time and, you guessed it, had to call and check status. Found out a part was on order, but it was back ordered and to come and pick the vehicle up. Without an active safety system, a system you caused to fail. Not going to work there. Put into a nasty sales unit as a loaner car. Took over two weeks to get my car back to operating condition. Bottom line: Service department tech quality and advisor communication about on par with McDonalds.

Had my first dealership checkup. Merely o change and system check! Took over 2 hours. I want to maintain the checks at Kia but this is way too long for the service. The customer service rep sent email if I needed him while I waited. I wrote to him when it got close to 2 hours- he never responded! On Friday, 11/8, I took my Optima which I bought at Galeana Kia in 2017 in for Service. Since my lease was almost up I wanted to talk to someone in sales about my options for a new car. Angelo A, was available and I must say, he did an amazing job.
