I met with Shelby this afternoon in regards to opening a business account. I’m new to all the ‘terminology’ and she was very informative, professional & helpful, making it a such smooth process. Deposit around eight to $12,000 a month in my account at this bank. Applied for a $10,000 personal loan for auto repairs and was denied my credit score is seven. I do not recommend this bank to anybody. Just took a cashiers check and heading over to USAA. They approved the loan instantaneously After it took me six days to chase them down and get an answer. Cindi and this branch let me down, Wish you could’ve told me sooner so I could keep moving forward.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Arrogant staff...act like they are better than people because of the way they dress. VERY RUDE...I was made to feel Lee's than human. Need to fire the tellers inside....VERY DISRESPECTFUL

The refused to Cash a check for me drawn on their Banks. Just because I am a foreign national. Even after I provided two forms of valid identification. Horrid service and exactly why I won't bank with you in the future.
