I am completely satisfied with my experience with G. Fedale. I had an addition on the rear of my home that was stucco and required remediation. I was referred to G. Fedale by a coworker. I have done many projects on this home and on previous homes, but my G. Fedale experience was by far the easiest and most professional. Rob the estimator arrived on the date and time scheduled. He walked me through the entire process and he had the quote to me in under two hours. Liz in the office kept me informed as to the arrival of materials and explained how the project would progress once started. Things unfolded exactly as she described, within the time frame that was explained to me. Justin and Ricky were onsite and handled all my questions and concerns as the work progressed. When hidden damage was discovered beneath the stucco, the additional repairs were explained and the additional pricing was completely transparent. Finally, the crew that worked on my home were professional, efficient, and clean. When they left, I could barely tell that any one had been there. Awesome job! Thank you all!

These guys are the real deal! They are professional, thorough, and on budget! We recently had the aged skylight in our master bath replaced. They made it sound so easy that I was skeptical, but they were so professional that it set my mind at ease. They did the project a few months ago, so I have had time to see several storms come and go and I'm happy to say that I am 100% confident with their product and service and would not hesitate to have them do another project for us! We were introduced to G. Fedale Roofing, because they had installed the roofing for the previous home owner, but unfortunately we had not been aware of the procedure for transferring the warranty to our names. Even though we were not covered under the warranty we asked Jason to perform an inspection of the entire roof, and to access the area where we had noticed a leak. Jason was extremely professional. He called the day before to confirm the appointment, and called again to inform us when he was on his way. He arrived on time, and did a full inspection of the roof. He had noticed that one of the nails had been weathered, and that is where the water was coming through. He took care of the problem free of charge, and even fixed another issue that he had found. I have had many roofs replaced, and by far Jason has been the most professional roofer I have worked with. I would highly recommend working with him. A large home project can be scary, but Jason really knows how to turn a scary situation into a success story.

This was my first time doing a complete roof replacement so naturally I was nervous, however, from my first call with G Fedale, I knew that I was in good hands. Rob Orwig, my Project Consultant, was thorough, attentive, and answered all of my questions during our initial meeting and beyond. Once the project kicked off, Rick Pannella, my Site Project Manager, was the absolute BEST! Rick made sure all steps of my project(s) were complete from beginning to end. We are very happy with the team who installed our roof (Lester and crew), our project managers (Mike and Joey), and are thrilled with with the quality of work performed on our beautiful new roof and gutters. Jeff Clark was terrific! I can’t speak to the workmanship because we were not in a position to afford the repairs needed, the problem we had turned out to be much worse than we had initially realized. But Jeff was very professional and helpful every step of the way, and discussed the nature of the problem and our options as it unfolded. We are first time home owners, so we were in a place that we needed a lot of advice, and Jeff was quick to offer it! Were circumstances different we would have been very glad to have worked with him, and are keeping him in mind while we save up for the repairs we need!

Their project manager Ryan, was friendly and courteous and took care of all issues regarding my roof replacement in a professional and thorough manner. The crew completed the roof replacement in one day and meticulously cleaned up the exterior when finished. Ryan also returned the following day to inspect and confirm my satisfaction with the job. G. Fedale was recommended to us from a friend after we experienced roof/skylight/chimney damage after a tornado made a visit throughout our neighborhood. Overall it was a great experience and was especially impressed with their timeliness returning phone calls which is a rarity these days. Was also very satisfied with G.Fedale's responsiveness after a few issues arose and they rectified everything immediately. A shout out to Ricky who was very knowledgeable and continually tried his best to provide quality service as well as the rest of the staff from G. Fedale!

We used G Fedale to get our roof replaced after hail damage from a storm. Dan Simpson was a pleasure to work with and lived up to every promise that he made. Rick Pannella ran the job and was THE MAN. The communication from start to finish was second to none and the work was top notch. Rick and his crew worked their tails off to make sure everything was done correctly and ensured we were happy. Highly recommend!

A tornado ran through our backyard in September and caused significant damage to our roof, siding, and gutters. The very next morning, G Fedale had some employees in the neighborhood checking on people's damage, putting up tarps, and talking about next steps with people who needed some serious roof work. I was able to flag down Evan Taylor from G Fedale, who put a tarp on our roof and even helped put our chimney cap back on until we could eventually get repairs. Once the insurance claim was all sorted, we contracted G Fedale for the repairs right away. Evan and Rick Pannella were a pleasure to deal with and we are very happy with the repairs. I highly recommend G Fedale for their excellent customer service and work.

We needed a new roof & gutters for our house and contacted G.Fedale. Dan Simpson was our sales rep and did a great job. He explained everything and made some recommendations on what he thought would be best to correct a water flow issue we were having. He was friendly, easy to work with, & very responsive to my questions. Due to the supply chain issues it took sometime for all our materials to come in. They kept me informed the entire time & provided updates on the start date. Once the job was scheduled, everything was well coordinated. The team showed up on time and we’ll organized. They started early and worked late! The project was done earlier than expected and Rick the PM did a great job answering any of my questions. He did a final inspection and clean up and was great to work with. I will be using them again in the future when it’s time to do our siding.
