Ms. Baker, and the entire management and staff of this branch, really went out of their way to answer my questions and explained everything in a very straightforward and easy to understand manner. Citadel bank have wonderful customer services and plans, I met a senior account representative with Alpa and she is very hardworking and excellent explainer about bank job. She took time for me about each detail what I want to ask about accounts. She told me each benefit of accounts what Citadel have services for customer benefits.

Went to get cash out and realized I didn’t have my ID or card with me. Wasn’t able to get the woman’s name that came to the door but she refused to give me any type of help without those items. I explained that I had a photo and could give my ssn since I did not have those items to show… She was persistent and still refused! I then went to the next closes citadel bank and spoke with the teller who was very courteous and explained that he could look up my name in the system. He came back with the money I had asked for and said there was an ID on file. I’ve been in the field of customer service and it was not present when I tried the first time gettin some cash.
