TD Bank Bethlehem Pike, Montgomeryville

Noah and his team are incredibly friendly and helpful! From the minute I walked through the door, I was greeted by a teller who was so eager to help me (I’m forgetting her name but she was so kind and patient). There were a few things I needed that required Noah to help and it kept him there past closing time, which he didn’t let phase him one bit. I left totally informed of my options and with a plan to come back and open additional accounts for my kids. Admittedly, I don’t go into the bank all that often, so it was a really nice surprise! Keep up the great work!

Takes FOREVER anytime I go in there, I work for a business, ill put in my change orders 30 mins-1hr ahead of time and then they'll start it when I get there. It is so frustrating.

I like TD Bank, but I do not feel safe with my money in this branch. I came to this branch only twice in last many years, so they don't know me. Each time I was able to withdraw money without any ID verification. Which bank in the planet does that?

One of the worst experience at any bank so far. I stood in line with nine other poor souls for about 20 minutes while there was one teller that helped out this customer for a prolonged period of time. She did not seem to realize that a huge line was forming and perhaps it is time to try to get another teller to assist her. I've been with TD Bank for so long this is truly disappointing perhaps it's time to switch banks.

The TD Bank drive thru teller was nothing but hate and ignorant. First she ignored me and kept missing up my order. She presumably was supposed to focus on her job, and use some math and common sense, not on how to be smart and disrespectful. She's definitely lucky that I was in rush and didn't have time to redress her low life manners. In matter of fact, this happened October 19th around 5:10pm, and since then I didn't have time to even write this review. Shame on you hate. Shame on td bank who hire similar racists

The worst!!! A year ago I was told I would be switched from Premiere checking to Senior checking. I am 82 so I guess I qualify. I went over my statement recently and was shocked to see I was not switched and have been paying $24 monthly fee. I called and was told I have to go to bank to change. Obviously they forgot they were closed due to Covid. UNSATISFACTORY!!!

the manager of this bank is really bad, he is very arrogant and does not give solutions to the customer, no respect to the customer, we will say this bank belongs to him

Slow and told me they don't offer the same services as other banks.

We opened business account at TD and our experieces have been by far the worst ever-Especially this location. They do not go out of their way to help nor explain well. I spoke to one of their staff members for an explanation to a deposit we made but while i was explaining my situation she placed me on hold -never apologized or even asked if i can wait a moment. She simply said,"hold on" as she was irked to speak to me and second time she placed me on hold, the asst manager came on the line. It would've been nice for her to let me know that she was getting someone to help me. She was very rude and I feel so offened that I will close our account tomorrow and go to another bank who will appreciate my business. After speaking with the manager, it was clarified that business account holders do not have certain benefits as personal account holders... which is hard to understand as we pay a monthly fee.. but its their policy and i cant argue with that. It would have been nice if they explained without making the customer feel like its a waste of their time. I feel like I've been blown off like my account really does not matter. No apologies of any sort from the manager either...

Recently opened up a business checking followed by a personal checking.The people who work here go out of their way to be nice.Always a big smile and Hello! Welcome to TDBank.On one occasion when I got a change order for my business the teller came from behind the counter and opened the door for me.Seems like management has a good hiring and training process and it's a pleasure to go to their bank.
