I had a terrible experience with Chase Bank. They are not customer focused. They will not be honest and forthcoming when you ask them a question. They made me feel like a criminal.

I had a horrible experience with the location at 990 Old York Rd, Abington. I opened a business account in March 2020 in NY. The NY branches closed in March, still closed. My business partner, who lives in NY couldn't make any deposits because they were closed. We still got charged 3 $15 monthly fees for not making deposits. JUDAH from Chase argued me down, refusing to return the $45 because...get this....Chase was open in Philly and he could've mailed me a check and I could've driven to Philly to make the deposits. Ha! A Bank Manager!... But these days, with all of the exposed hatred, I can believe anything. Hope we have a better experience with our next banker.

Disappointed experience. I need to upgrade my account to a joint account, but they have only one banker working there and ask us to visit in another day. I guess the account upgrade would take no more than 15 min, but it would take us another 3 hours to revisit the branch. Obviously we are not their valuable customers.

Stay far away, they scam you , lie to you and then to top it off they curse at you. Bruger flippers turned into bank tellers... Just imagine.
