    I was in the process of moving on from my current leased vehicle the dreaded minivan that my wife absolutely despised me for! We were just over a couple of months away from getting out of our lease and we were itching to get into our new car. Luckily for us Fusion was running a buy back program and the rest was a breeze. I was able to deal with an absolute gentlemen named Oscar that took great care of us! It’s not often when dealing with vehicle leases you feel at ease and that both sides are getting a fair deal. I was absolutely appreciative of the fairness and good spirited work being provided by Fusion. I wish them the best and know the people doing business with them can put full trust in the process.

    Fusion made my decision to turn my lease into them an easy one. From the initial phone call, they were knowledgeable and friendly. The process when I actually went to turn the car in was quick and pleasant. I would definitely recommend you consider turning your lease into them if that is an option.

    As soon as you say you want to buy out your lease for yourself, they treat you pretty terribly and make the buyout process really awful. I understand they want the equity for themselves, but it's reasonable for me to want to buy the car for myself. A rep even said they were delaying my buyout process while they tried to figure out how to get me to return the car. And no dealer I've visited so far wants to deal with them on my behalf. Be ready for attitude, sarcasm, delays, frustrating hold times, extensive transfers, and to be treated like you don't know what you're talking about. They also don't stick to dates promised, and think taking days to finish the process is rational, while most any dealer can flip a lease in a matter of hours.

    I had a VERY poor experience with the folks at their call center, was actually yelled at and hung up on so I can't forgive that. However, the folks I spoke with at the end of my lease were A++, lease drop off took all of 20 minutes and I was on my way. Everything was explained to me prior to my arrival when I called to schedule my drop off appointment and everything went as smoothly as they said it would go. At the end of the day, I left a happy customer. *edit - I've bumped this up to 5 stars, I forgot some items in my lease return and they had them delivered to my house. Much appreciated.

    I had two leases with Fusion Auto Finance in the past. The most recent lease return was a breeze. It only took less then 20 minutes from dropoff to getting the license plate back. No hassle no extra fees. I'm getting another lease from Fusion again. Highly recommended!

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. On 2/15 I spoke with Dawn, she tells me they are willing to waive 6 payments on my lease or 5 and my disposition, by the time I turned in my lease I made one of my 6 payments so I let her know I would move forward with the 5 payments and disposition fee waiver. This bank also offers up to $1000 waived on damage. 2 weeks later they send me an invoice for disposition and damage, I kindly explained to Kelly, who had sent the invoice, that I was told these things were waived and she was quick to send me a $0 invoice. Now Dawn emails me saying I owe them 2 payments because she only agreed to waiving 3 not 5 and did not agree to waive disposition, went through many channels and finally got someone that said they did agree to waive all 5 payments and disposition but refuses to waive my damage even though they offer every other customer damage waivers. DO NOT LEASE WITH FUSION.

    I've been leasing vehicles for the pass 20 years, never have I been charged for scuffs smaller than a credit card, and yet I get $300 for a dot, $300 for a crack on the bumper trim, etc. I understand that everyone is trying to make money, but this is uncalled for. Be careful, now I know to check the financing company I'm dealing with. In New York it's practically impossible to not have ANY little dents, dings or scuffs!

Any charges that occurred as a result of your vehicle inspection are at wholesale prices and are only for returning your leased vehicle back to its expected condition. Fusion does not make money on excess wear and tear charges. As you will see in the documents that were sent to you, a pre-inspection is also offered to all our customers. This gives you the chance to learn of any chargeable wear and tear before your return date and allows you to get repairs at any auto shop before your final inspection.     My time at the Fusion Offices were great. I drove right in and they were able to take me right away. They went over my car top to bottom and in less then 20 minutes I was done and I even got a ride home. The best and most professional time I've ever had with a leasing company.

    I leased an SUV through Fusion. I had almost one year less mileage on it when I returned the car. I also returned the car earlier than the lease up day. Other than a slight scratch on the bumper, I returned the car in excellent condition. I was told that I would be charged for it. When I asked to speak with the supervisor/sales manager about it, I was told I need to make an appointment for that, and they wouldn’t change the charge. I was expecting praise about the condition of the car and no charges, yet I still got charged without even given opportunity to talk to someone other than the front desk. On the positive side, the showroom is clean, and is well kept. I will never lease through them again.

    Staff were all great when communicating with them. Was a little surprised with the replacement cost of a windshield. Had to get my insurance carrier involved. Body damage quote was reasonable and totally understood knowing the damage which existed. Small crack in lower portion of windshield which by the way passed NY State inspection last year which damage is currently still same size would have cost me close to $900 dollars for replacement on a 2018 Jeep which is by means not an extravagant vehicle.

    I turned my lease in to them today, the inspector came out to inspect my car in 2 minutes. They were very fair and reasonable. When the inspection was complete I signed a few papers and the lady at that counter asked me if I wanted car service. They actually provided me with an Uber ride home. I returned 5 cars in my lifetime, Fusion was by far the best I ever used.

    This place is absolutely horrible. I am looking to get another loan from a different bank to purchase my vehicle. I have been asking them for a purchase and sales agreement and all they are providing me with is a member purchase estimate. I have called them for a week straight and asked them for this purchase of sale agreement which they won't provide me with. They want me to use their bank which has a higher interest rate for me. I do not recommend this bank to anyone. I would NEVER use this bank again to lease or finance a vehicle and I hope nobody else does either. I will be filing a lawsuit against them if they can't provide me with what I need to purchase my vehicle.

    Horrible experience returning my leased vehicle...besides never being able to get in contact with anyone. When I did speak , the gentleman in the maturity billing dept was so rude. After trying to explain to him that on another call I was told they would be able to work with me on the wear and tear for my lease this man said "pay your bills" and hung up on me. So very unprofessional!

    Very nice people. Clean location. I have had 3 fusion leases . I still have one left . What sucks about Fusion is every lease has a deposition fee even if you lease another car from them . You can’t trade out of the car early because Fusion charges a 10% surcharge if the dealer buys for vehicle. So if your buy out is 20,000.00 it would be 22,000 for the dealer to buy . It’s makes it impossible to get out early unless you pay it off. It’s my last Fusion lease.

    I returned my car here 2 weeks ago and had the worst experience ever!terrible customer service and I ended up having to pay $900 before I left. My car was in very good condition aside from a few minor curb rashes and tints (which can easily be ripped off). Absolutely no dents or scratches as I rarely drove my car. I returned my 5yr old car with very little miles (29k) which should have been a perk for resale value therefore the minor "damages" should have been waived atleast. I will never go back to Fusion nor ever recommend anyone to this place!

    I was fortunate to make a call to Fusion Auto Finance to find out what my options were on my vehicle when my lease was up. I got Jeff Taylor as the rep for Fusion, well i have to say I WAS EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with Jeff ,he was patient and explained all my options on my lease. To make a long story short I found releasing my vehicle my best option. Jeff took care of all the details and in the end I was VERY SATISFIED .Fusion was great and gave me a wonderful release deal.

    I needed to turn in my lease early and still had a full year left to pay. Fusion worked with me to return the car, waived the fee and released me from the remaining payments. Beyond that favorable outcome, every single person I spoke to was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Good customer service seems to be a hot commodity these days, but Fusion gets gold stars on every level.

    I was turning over a lease that was near end of term. Fusion bought back the lease with positive equity. The inspection process was painless and the process was really smooth. No issues at all - In and Out in 30 minutes.

    The most disrespectful and dishonest company. They are scams! They get personal with you. I gave my lease back 2 months ago, they still haven’t paid off my truck! I’m getting notified from my bank, asking for the payments. It will be affecting my credit soon. They don’t answer their phones, don’t call you back. I strongly to never use this company.

    My dealer used a credit union that uses fusion for leasing. We extended our lease due to Covid inventory issues and there were some Bumps in the road with the extension, however when I found a new vehicle, they were very accommodating. I Returned a lease extension vehicle to their Farmingdale NY office early. Their office and appraisal staff was very friendly and they wiped out remaining payments early.

    Nice cars but I wished they had more of a selection sometimes rather than the same jeeps and hondas that keep appearing on there showroom floor. I took pictures of 2 of there different cars they had. I kind of wished they had more stuff like it. I'd be more willing to buy.

    Company is an absolute horror to deal with. I am days away from lease maturity and have been trying to obtain payoff information for weeks now but nobody calls back or responds to emails. I have commenced the process of filing a formal complaint with regulatory and government authorities. They employ dishonest business practices. If you see Fusion or any credit union for that matter on a lease RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION.

    My husband and I returned a leased car to them today and the experience was excellent! The Fusion staff and the AIM inspectors were all helpful and professional! We had seen negative reviews about them online, but our experience today was 5 stars.

    I was nervous about returning my leases after reading some of the reviews. They made the process simple and easy got the car inspected paid my deposition fee and I was out of there in about half an hour. Everyone was very nice they even provide transportation to the nearest railroad station..

    Customer service for Fusion Auto Financing was very helpful and polite whenever I called. I wasn't sure if I was going to buy out, extend lease, or end lease and every time I called to get information most of their customer representatives were kind and helpful. I went ahead and scheduled a pre-inspection before the return just to make sure I had no issues before returning. They even gave me a week longer before returning since I was still unsure if I should keep the vehicle. Thank goodness when I did return I had no surprises, they were professional, and I just had to pay the disposition fee of $400 + tax and I was good to go.

    I just completed my 39 month lease of a 2018 Jeep Compass Limited by turning in the Jeep to Fusion Auto Finance. In as much as I got my Jeep from Town & Country Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram in Levittown NY, I was afraid that I was not going to be able to strike a favorable new lease deal with anyone other than a Jeep dealer via a customer retention program. I was fed up with the Compass excess oil consumption problem along with chronic engine stalling that the dealer was not able to fix. Accordingly, I wanted to get a lease on a different brand car which I was able to do with the help of Fusion Auto Finance and Wantagh Mazda who worked together to come to an agreed upon a lease termination that allowed me to get a fairly priced lease on a 2021 Mazda GX-30 without paying any lease termination fees, excess wear and tear or over mileage fees. I called and spoke to an excellent Fusion lease termination advisor who took the time to explain how I might be able to use any lease equity I had in my my Jeep lease. The favorable lease equity was generated as a result of the crazy supply/demand market opportunities caused by Covid-19. In my case the used car market price of my Jeep was greater than the lease buy out option I had in my lease contract. With this information I was able to get a fair deal on my new lease in such a way that was also favorable to Wantagh Mazda and Fusion.

    Dealer returned out 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited to Fusion. They did the inspection and contacted us promptly with the results. We knew we needed a few tires, their prices for the replacement tires was very fair. No other damage to the car, just the tires, a charge for miles over and the lease termination fee. They also offered 10% off excessive wear-and-tear if you payed within 7 days, we did and saved an additional $42 off the tires. I went to their Farmingdale location to settle up the bill, the process was quick and easy. On a side note, it's a huge "garage" like facility where they display cars for purchase, the place was spotless! They had a good number of cars on display, all in excellent condition. I'm guessing they pick the best of the best for display and to offer for sale. I spent almost an hour browsing their floor. All in all an excellent experience!

    I reached out to Fusion to assist with paperwork for my move to North Carolina. Ms Beth Jones was the Customer Rep that assisted me. Gotta tell ya, she made this process incredibly easy. First she was the nicest person I think I have ever worked with over the phone. She sent me an email with her info, should I have any questions, she sent all the paperwork NC was looking for in a New York minute. Bottom line, my jeep is now registered in NC. While I cried taking off my NY plates, Ms Beth Jones made the process bearable. She truly is the person with whom you want to work. She makes Fusion look very very good!!! Thank you Beth Jones!!!!

    The entire process of returning my lease vehicle back for perfect. I was notified in advance by a representative to go over my end of lease option; I choose to return the vehicle. When I arrived at the Farmingdale I was impressed the building is huge, looks like a car dealership. My vehicle inspection took 20 minutes without any issues. My overall experience with Fusion Auto Finance was great.

    Friendly staff. I returned a leased car. Promptly attended to. I drove the car almost 10K less than contracted. Car was in good shape; never met with any accident or situations where it had any damages. I was hoping that they would comment me for maintaining it well and for low mileage. Still they found things like minute dents I never noticed and charged me without the consideration that it was three years driven! I had to pay a big chunk of money for “repairs”. When I expressed my frustration, I was told that I should have reviewed their ‘wear and tear’ policy. All staff were very friendly and willing to help.

    Having never leased before, I have obviously never RETURNED a lease before, so I was fearful of charges though I did opt for the wear and tear package when I began my lease. So when I received a bill for wear and tear upon returning my lease I was confused. So I called Fusion to go over this and without asking your employee Drake offered to file the claim for me. Before calling I wanted to cry, but now I definitely want to cry with joy. What a pleasurable experience for sure! Thank you so much Drake!! ***ADD ON: I just want to also thank Rachael who made it easy – almost effortless to pay off my bill! This company is a serious pleasure to work with – almost makes me sad I'm not with Jeep anymore

    The return process was quick and painless. The review of my car took exactly 30 minutes as stated prior. The staff there was friendly and professional. Enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend Fusion Auto.

    Very shady company to deal with... Rachel G would not return my phone calls and when it came to the dealer buy out price I could not get them to itemize it for me. $28,700 was the dealer pay off price yet the estimated price at end of lease was $21,998... I’m aware of the current market and that’s not my problem. It was, here’s the number and that’s that! Chrysler capital and Vw Credit give you an itemized buy out and they stay true to the estimated end of lease value, Fusion was the total opposite. Proceed with caution.

    I have to admit after reading all the reviews I was prepared to get screwed over. While waiting the 20 minutes for them to finish the inspection I was getting ready for a battle. It was the complete and total opposite . Now I had my rims resurfaced and the tint taken off the car and a few other things before returning the car. Spent about 750 getting the car prepped for return. It went as smoothly as possible. I honestly can't complain about anything.
