Wells Fargo takes 1-2 weeks MAX to settle a charge dispute while Frontwave takes several months. I even provided them a letter from the merchant confirming I was mistakenly charged yet it still took 4 months for them to finalize the claim. Also, despite sending her emails and calling, I never received any communication from my claims specialist- Taylor Tijuana during the whole process. Poor customer service/Communication

I have been a long time member and I really appreciate the welcoming environment and friendly staff. I can tell that the team at this location is happy and I really enjoyed my last visit. My sister and I had a great time together with the teller as she was helping us with the transaction and she introduced us to their new manager. I can honestly say that this place makes you feel at home and i trust that they have my best interest at heart.

Great branch with great customer service. Tammy Linehan was very helpful with my fathers auto loan and made us very comfortable when closing our transaction. Everything was covered and explained in depth, she made us feel like there was no stupid questions that could be asked with the welcoming and kind Aura she carries. My respects to the whole branch, special thanks to Stephanie Brit for getting the ball rolling and helping out with the beginning process. We look forward to have you guys help us with the early buy out of the lease for my vehicle.

Kayla was and is always the most helpful associate at this branch. ...although the ATM is down a lot.

great place to bank but i wanna just share since the changed their name from PACIFIC MARINE CREDIT UNION to FRONTWAVE…i firmly believe that corporate office should have replaced the ATM machine at this branch location. this location has an ATM that’s equivalent to the ones in the 1980’s. it’s so old and barbaric!!! CEO if your listening, please replace this machine!! the Escondido branch has the new and updated machine; making it easier to bank when the branch is closed!

If 0 Stars was a Option I would Choose it! I originally came in just to Change a $10 Bill for $10 in Quarters and was met with a long line which I understand can happen but a Worker/Banker/Teller came out and was just standing around doing nothing for 10+ minutes but just standing there just watching the line get bigger and bigger and instead of jumping in and start helping she just waited there idle for over 10 Minutes before jumping on to help and then got extremely annoyed because she was met with some criticism/feedback about her Service and instead of providing the best service for Members of Front Wave she got extremely rude to the point of not even telling me she was finished and just waves me away and tells me to get out like what? You stand around watching the line get insanely bigger and get upset at the members/customers because they tell you some feedback about you not doing your job, Like wow okay maybe go help people and the bank would be less busy and have less problems! I would advise Visiting a Different Location of FrontWave than this one!

They have been doing some online maintenance for 3 DAYS now!! I cannot access my account or transfer funds, I called to ask about my balance and customer service said they couldn't help me because of the update they are doing 3 DAYS of not being able to transfer money, I went to get milk for my child my card got declined because I need to transfer funds for safety reasons we only keep a small balance in our checkings, and now my daughters birthdays tomorrow I cant buy groceries or a cake for her THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR NOT CONSIDERING YOUR CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN WE'RE TAKING OUR MONEY ELSE WHERE. How inconsiderate! So now I have to borrow money from a friend how humiliating until this maintenance update is done!

Better than average service than you would get from other finacial institutions.
