I love coming to the vista store to check out any new gold coins or watches they have. They always have the best staff who explain everything very clearly when they are buying items and they ALWAYS have the best deals. I will always check vista gems n loans before I even THINK about going to the retail store for jewelry. Theirs prices literally cannot be beat. I highly recommend you give them a chance for your business and help support a local business.

I recently purchased a Louis Vuitton here. Not only was it in excellent condition but the customer service was outstanding! A young lady named Madison showed me the different options they had. She was very kind and helped me choose my dream purse at a great deal! I will definitely be shopping here again.

Customer service is excellent what can I asked for even I’m away from home while vacationing at London Vilma FaceTime me and showed me items that she knows I will love to have oh I have to zelle it right away so that she can ring it for and saved it for me, as soon as I got home I came over to the store and put it on what a rare design of a ring and stone. I loved it!!

My man Anthony showed great care for me as one of his customers . I told him what i’m looking for and he didn’t resist to find it instantly for me . He had great insight on the gift and who i’m giving it to making my experience easier . He also helped me with the price a little and bargained for me .

Popped in short on cash and not only did I leave feeling satisfied with the amount I left with but it felt like a family atmosphere. Pawning things is never fun but i left feeling relieved with money in my pocket and knowing I’ll return to get my items from people who care! Thanks guys!!! Vilma is the best and the Gems and Loans in Vista always a helpful shop for me especially on Sunday where everyone else closed. Yeah. Sunday can be a resting day. But work hard like me will pay off !!

It's the same as any other pawn shop but they do pay the most for jewelry.

Lamont and his crew in Vista have taken very good care of me each time I visit.

This Vista location is down the road from where I make my last client drop, and swing by here from time to time. Silver and gold coins, bars, bullions are good investment, it pretty much retain most of it's value when it comes to selling or getting a loan. But jewelry are more for a 'fashion sense', that's it. You're guaranteed to lost money on jewelry, when it comes to selling it. You enjoy wearing jewelry, but when you turn around sell it, you WILL LOST HALF OR MORE OF THE MONEY YOU PAID FOR. Nice to wear, but not a smart investment move. Same anywhere you go. Staff name Vilma knows her customers. Vilma knows what I want and persistent. Told her I come back, and she remember that date, funny. Vilma personality is a must have, because good business means, repeat customer. Mission and Vista are a 'must to go'. They also have designer bags. Kudos to All the staff at this location. Vilma is great. Smile is contiguous, extremely helpful. Bought lots of jewelry from het

I was looking for a new guitar amplifier and looper pedal. The manager there "Lamont" was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me find what I needed and gave me a great deal. I will definitely come here again when I need some new equipment or maybe next time I need some nice jewelry for my wife!!

Had a necklace repair that needed some attention. Anthony was more than happy to fix it and got it done super quick. I highly recommend this spot for any jewelry repair you may have.

What an awesome first experience! I was able to get my loan quickly and the gentleman that helped me was polite and courteous. He took time and examined my rings carefully and I believe gave me a fair loan for a first time customer. The store is also layed out nicely. It’s merchandised well and free of clutter. Very professional! I felt confident leaving my jewelry in their care.
