My experience with Frontier Title Group was the best and easiest part of my refinance experience. I asked for a quote from their website and in less than 24 hours heard back from Sheree, who explained in detail each section of the quote (what was required by law, what the company charged as their fees, etc). Along with that quote was a promise that they would not tack on any additional last minute fees, a promise that they kept! Sheree worked with my mortgage company to make our closing experience as smooth and painless as possible. When she noticed some discrepancies on the paperwork that our bank sent over, she notified them right away so that we could reschedule with correct documents instead of resigning papers. Frontier offers a great service at a great value. If I need title service in the future, they will be my first stop. Thanks y'all!

Sheree Akins at Frontier Title Group is absolutely outstanding in every respect. She was courteous, timely, informative and most importantly - extremely competent at her job. What can I say? Sheree Akins at Frontier Title Group was simply awesome! I very rarely give stellar reviews (let alone take the time to review at all) but I must say Sheree deserves this review. She was professional, knowledgeable, insightful, thorough, efficient, resourceful and patient. I never expected to work with someone under such a time crunch who was so smart and spot on AND also caring and reliable. She was there to answer all my questions and if she didn’t have the answers she directed me to the right person. I feel very lucky to have worked with such an experienced and caring person. If it weren’t for Sheree I don’t think our refinance would have happened. But with her advice and proactive stance, we were able to close the refinance despite all the obstacles. She really helped get us beyond the minor roadblocks. If I ever have to close on a refinance again (hopefully I won’t have to...hehe) I will absolutely use Sheree and I would highly recommend her to all my friends in need of her services. I contacted fourteen title companies for quotes on title insurance, Butler Rebates, and closing services. Frontier Title Group not only came back with one of the lowest quotes, but it was the best value as well. Most of the title insurance, doc stamps, and taxes can't be changed because they're government mandated, but the difference comes from what they include in the price of their closing services. Their quote for closing costs was fair and they don't 'nickel and dime' the customer for things like separate notary, courier, mobile closing, storage, or wire fees. Their closing cost includes EVERYTHING. They respond quickly to calls or emails. They discovered a typo in the property address made by the county property appraiser's office and quickly alerted me and my mortgage company, so it could be addressed immediately. They accommodated my requests for an 8 AM closing nearly an hour's drive from them. This team is what all title agents should strive to be. They are efficient, thorough, personable, empathetic, and just plain nice to to do business with. Thank you, Frontier Title Group!
