    This is the best bank I have ever used. I’ve had small issues arise and you guys helped me out in such a big way. This bank in my eyes went above and beyond when it came to customer service. Thank you for all that you do!

    On the way home I pulled off the road to use my car Wi-Fi and send a quick email. I pulled into the bank here and wasn’t here very long when I was approached by a security officer that was very polite but said he was sent out to make sure I wasn’t casing the bank and to inform me this was private property I explained what I was up to and that was that but why send someone and assume I was up to no good , didn’t even bother to ask if I banked there , and after that interaction I would be cashing out . Pulled next door to finish sending that email.

    **They closed our bank account with no notice because of this review! Because I said we were gonna come in and close our account in this review. They closed our account for us, no warning, we had no idea until today when we called because our cards were not working.** This bank is a perfect example of a outdated system that cant embrace the future and change in order to better themselves. A perfect example of how oklahoma was when it was being founded. I have absolutely hate this bank! Let's start the the beginning. Almost a year ago we moved to oklahoma. We have no instate bank account so we opened one here. It took a month for me to get my card. They straight up forgot to send me mine. My husbands card arrived in 2 weeks. Mine was never sent. Once I got my card it was always declined and i had to change my pin twice. It's now a year later my card declines about 80% of the time. We will be in a store and my card will decline so my husband will use his card hooked to the same bank account its approved. The next store we walk into? Vice versa. His is declined and mine is approved. Even though we have more than enough funds in the bank. I have called into the bank 4 times in the last 3 weeks, talked to 2 different people. Both assured me their was no fraud or holds on my card..but couldnt explain to me why my card was not working all they could tell me is "it shouldn't be declining" well honey I wouldnt call you if it was working. Today I called the actual fraud line. My card has been locked for a month for fraud. So these two women lied? Or have no idea what they're talking about and are pretending they do? Anyway My card has been locked for fraud, but I still made atlest 5 transactions on it. Not very locked is locked is it? None of them are very efficent, it took me personally going into the bank three times to get them to change our phone numbers. The first time they straight up didnt do it, the second time the messed up both numbers. It took calling in twice to get our address changed. Did you know your card has a spending limit? If you breach $1000 in a 24 hour period it gets locked. No one told us this. No wonder it's so damn hard for us to pay our Bills Since we pay all of them on one day every month!!! Our autopay Bills will get declined randomly, it's super frustrating. We paid our phone bill online the next day we get a email the transaction was terminated. Try to pay a bill on the xbox? Bank will not approve this transaction! It is a constant struggle! If you google them, they were sued a couple years back for mishandling the money and not doing adequate safety stuff to protect the money we are entrusting them with. We are constantly having to call in for problems with our card whenever it stops working they make us change our pin stating we must have forgot it theres no way. It was my SS# then the last 4 of my phone. Then my daugthers birth year. It was never random numbers always something I could remember. I do not recomend this bank. I never will reccomend this bank. I'm done trying to be nice, and work with them to fix this when they should be the one fixing it. **Today we found out that they took the liberty to close our account for us! No notice, warning or even asking us! It's fine, now I dont have to coordinate to get my husband in to sign anything!!**

    We sincerely apologize for your inconvenience. FSB has an after-hours voice mail box and we try very hard to return calls even on weekends. The bank staff personally answers phones during business hours as we have found our customers appreciate dealing with a live person rather than a machine.     WOW Great Reviews!!!!!!!!!!! I've been with this bank for at least 8 years and still can't get an unsecured loan. I have (1) loan with them and had to back that loan with my own money$$$$ with tactics like that I can see how they pulled themselves out of trouble - LOL. Overall - I like the single bank one branch type service, although I must agree with the "Laid-Back Laziness" at times does show with there employees.....Can't blame them - they are probably one pay grade above minimum wage??? Although there are more "CONS" than "PRO's" with this bank I'm a sucker for punishment and will probably stay with them......UNLESS I Hit the LOTTERY.... LOL LOL

    What can you say about a bank? You put your money in, they pay you a little interest, and you take it out when you need it. I long for the days when you could get four and three quarters percent interest on every bank account. Now you're lucky to get one or two. Anyway, this is a pretty good bank. Give it a try.

    I've dealt with this bank for the past 15 years and have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff.I don't have a lot of money or a big account yet they have always treated me with kindness and dignity and have always been eager to help in the event of any issues.Thank you to all of the staff,Gary

    I’ve been banking at this bank for over 20 years. I love this bank. When small issues arise, they will help you resolve it. I’m very thankful for the employees and also officers at this frontier state bank. Loan officers are very hospitable and their aim is to please. Their professionalism is world standard. Bookkeeping employees as well as tellers are the best at customer service. Thank you for being the best you can be.

    So far so good. If the banks performance is mirrored by its employees, they should be great. The woman who helped me get my account was very nice & helpful.
