I would not buy from there they jack up their prices they tried to sell me a car for 26.5k where other places was selling the same thing for like 15k to 18k. There’s no integrity there they expect you to have integrity and just believe everything they tell you!

My girlfriend and I stopped in to inquire about trucks on their lot this past weekend. If I could give you guys 0 stars I would. I’m advising you to not get a car here. You guys sold a lemon car in which the transmission went out so yea I let the car go back. I didn’t have the car that long 2 months tops and the transmission went out now I’m being taking to asset court. They will sell you a lemon then garnish your wages if the car given back.

I bought my 2012 Ford F-150 king ranch from them about 2-3 months ago so I wanted to wait a few months to write a review of the truck quality (cause you can get the same truck and model from anywhere). But the quality of my truck is undesirable. This truck is in great condition I have yet to have any problems out of it and I’m not the easiest on vehicles. I haven’t had to use there warranty and I don’t see any reason why i should they will not sell a vehicle that they think will need to be worked on anytime soon. The sale personal there are amazing I worked with Jeff and even tho it took me a few weeks just to make up my mind on going the he not only took great care of me but remembered what I was looking for over the weeks and every time I call he knows and remembers me and that says a lot about a dealership. They will not treat you like a customer so they can get paid they will treat you like a a person so they can keep having your business which they will have mine as long as I’m anywhere in Oklahoma. This is the first place I tell any soldiers to go to get a vehicle not cause of the quality of vehicles they have but cause of the customer service they give. Now for the credit portion I have in 90% of most dealerships eyes “bad credit” so I’ll have to put close to $10k down there but here not the problem they will work with you and show you the vehicles that your are qualified for (which like I said before great quality). They report to the top 3 credit bureaus so as long as you treat them right and make your payments your credit will increase I know mine already have in the time that I’ve have my truck. The maintenance I don’t use them cause I like using a specific rams of oil that they don’t carry and I’m also over an hour away but if your close they can change your oil with full synthetic (better for your vehicle) for ONLY $15 unlike all the oil changing places I know and any other dealerships which will charge up to $65+. So if you are reading this integrity auto is the best place to get a newer vehicle hands down.

I called the sell man and told him about it and he called me back to bring the pick up in to get the new battery. I went there with a family member to get a car for him and they said he was approved for 18000 but when I ask if we can get a around 300 a month they said we have no cars for that price and ok what the lowest price and said close to 500. They kept on changing their story on the cars that he can get in. So we walk out and got his car at boomer Kia. We will never go back this place again

This Place is awesome my salesmen Tyler was the best and the Manager there she is pretty awesome. I did have a problem with my vehicle but they fixed me up and even Gave me a loner car while mine was being fixed! They really care about people and want them to have a great experience I am so happy with Integrity and will be with them a long long time!

Integrity is an amazing place to buy a car,they have amazing service.Dennie in the service department is very helpful and understanding,Nicole Champeau in accounting is very helpful,understanding, and kind to all customers,and is willing to help you with your problems,they are all willing to go the extra mile. And be sure if you love you first car,you should really buy a second one there,they will work with you on whatever you want. And they don't tell you what they want you to buy,they will help you look at what you want. But Nicole and Dennie are the most helpful ones.

Great Customer Service!! I've never actually had fun signing loan papers but Shirley definitely made the experience fun. Everyone is friendly and work hard to help you get into a car no matter your situation. I'll definitely be referring some friends.
