I was struggling with building my credit back up from a divorce and could not get a loan to save my life but thankfully Finance Point gave me a chance. I’ve had the loan for a few years now. They helped me when my car broke down because the warranty place claimed i didn’t have a warranty. Finance Point contacted the warranty place and cleared up the issue. They are always very kind and respectful! I wish they did home loans!

No way to check how much you owe except to call the office and half the time they seem more lost than you I’ve been trying to see how much I owe for weeks and they keep saying nobody there can check which has got to be bull and everytime I do call and get my balance they tell me the wrong number until I start complaining then everytime without fail it’s an oh yeah you did make a payment here’s a different number I don’t trust these people how can a business that only does this be so terrible at it

My husband losted his job being of June. July 21,2021 my Son passes then October my husband Mom dies the hole time these people are careless know 12/29/2021 they repoded the car very careless, heartless people all of them at that business

This company financed my car. I've never had one problem. I hit a couple rough spots, they were helpful and understanding. The car has had a couple issues but that has no bearing on the finance company. I will be paying my loan off very soon, hopefully I will be able to use them again. Awesome company, No complaints.

Horrible Company to work with, they have high interest rates and only work with scamming car salesman who lie about the amount you give for down payments, they also sell you cars with bad transmissions and bad water pumps. They had us bring in a car 30 days later and they never honored the warranty and all around bad contract, sold a lemon car. Very crooked company to work with. They took advantage of me who didn't have bad credit and messed up my name for trying to purchase a car from them. 2012 Nissan

Stay away from finance point! I had to return the car back to them due to family health issues. I explained to them why I couldn’t keep the car and the lady that I talked to the day I returned the car was so rude and tossed the clipboard at me and told me getting another car will be hard and that it’s still a repo on my recorded. They also waited five years to sue me I think they are the most unprofessional company ever.

I've had no issues with this company. I bought my car in 2018 using finance point and they've been attentive and very helpful since. I DO pay all my payments on time though, and have recently starting paying extra to pay it off a little quicker - that could be the difference in my 5 star review and the 1 star reviews I'm reading. This company took a chance on me literally 1 year to the day of a chapter 7 bankruptcy discharge and while my interest rates were high (I expected it with my credit at that point) they were the only company to take the chance on me, period. There have been a few times where I messed up my payments (sent a blank check stuck to the payment check, sent a check from my old/closed bank account, changed insurance companies and forgot to notify them, forgot to pay my payment early and had to call in to pay, etc) and they have worked with me without fuss as soon as we realized what happened - I've never been charged an extra fee for any of these things. Yeah, the interest rates may be higher than most, but honestly I've been very impressed with this company and how they made me feel like I was dealing with a smaller/family owned company rather than a large corporation.

I bought a 2017 vehicle in September 2017 only due to my vehicle being totaled! I had very challenging credit and Finance Point was able to finance me. The payments are good but the interest rate is the absolute worse! I make my payments every month and wish they would offer to refinance my loan! Unfortunately to do that I have to apply for that to happen and I would take a hard hit on my credit! I haven’t had any problems with the ladies in the office, they are always really nice, friendly and willing to chat it up.. For people who have challenging credit, we have to remember they are taking a chance on us. It is our responsibility to make our payments on time, keep an open line of communication with them and it will help rebuild our credit. Thank you for helping me get a new car Kathy

AMAZING customer service! I've had my car loan through Finance Point, for about 3 years now and I love them! Me and my husband had some money issues due to a lost wallet and fraud and they were awesome and patient with payments. Very nice, very sympathetic and a serious shout out to my girl Stormy! She rocks and works with you the best she can and does her job above and beyond. They are great people! Totally recommend them!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!! They are the true definition of scam artists!!!! They are some of the dirtiest, low down, crookedest poeple on the face of this earth!!!! Devils! My sister's contract is for 353 a month and they're trying to make her pay 415 a month. These devils are trying to make her purchase insurance from them. On top of all of that, she made her payment on time and they still shut her car off as if she didn't make it. I guess it's time to get the attorneys involved.
