Georgette is a Super Hero. I got to watch her work for a bit and multi-tasking doesn’t cover what I saw. She did the job of 3-4employees combined.

The new manager Griselda is really awesome! She helped me through the whole loan process and assured me that I was in great hands; and I was! She was very attentive and answered all of my questions. Very happy with the customer service and will definitely visit again next time I need a loan!

I guess they have new management. This one is full of excuses. I will be paying my loan off early and will make everyone I know understands. Can make sure she calls to remind you your payment is due/past due but can't be sure the people due know when you randomly close on a Saturday. Then treat you like you are wrong for being unset, SMH.

I'm new to the area and needed to make a payment on my loan for an out of town store and not only did i feel welcome but these ladies made my whole day turn around. Was there for awhile amd ended up with an interview and I am now proud to say that I have been given an opportunity to work and learn something new!!! This place was amazing! There was a woman named Sophia and another woman named Adeline! I have never walked in somewhere and had so much customer service with such great cheerful attitudes! I would recommend this place to anyone needing some quick cash or buying some great appliances! They were extremely helpful! I will definately be coming back to this place!

I had a payment due and last day before I got a late fee and Karen was so nice to me. I let her know I had been sick and she worked out a great deal for me plus told me of their new promotions.
