I was very impressed with Front Range Mortgage and their Customer Service and attention to their customers. I have already begun recommending them to friends who are looking at refinancing or purchase a new home. In todays world, I have found it difficult to find a company who actually spends money on their customers. At the beginning of the refinance, they sent me a gift basket along with useful information, and while we were waiting on the appraisal, they sent a movie night package with popcorn and a free movie. Finally after all was said and done, the offered a final thank you gift. As far as the process went, it was very smooth, no pressure and no games were played. They told you everything up front. I was having trouble refinancing and heard their commercial on the radio. I figured I'd try them because it couldn't hurt and they did a great job convincing me everything was good to go. Then after the appraisal (and $500 later) they called me and told me they couldn't help me because my debt to income ratio was off by 5%. Most refinance companies can tell you if they can help you or not with in a week. These guys took about three weeks and really had my hopes up (constantly telling me everything looked good) just to devastate me. They said they will refund the $500 so I guess there's that.
