I have spent literally several hours trying to set up an online account with this bank. I called the bank, was sent to the online account help line and waited an hour to talk to someone. When I finally talked to someone, I was disconnected. I called back and was transferred to the supervisor and he was very unhelpful. He wanted details of my loan, which I could not give him as I was not at home. I had given him my social and account number. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever gotten from a bank.

Worst bank in the entire United States. I deposited my PAYROLL check on Saturday and they’re saying I can’t access my own paycheck until Wednesday. They’re holding MY money for no reason! And charging me overdraft fees on transactions that could’ve been covered if they weren’t holding my paycheck for 5 days!!! I can’t pay my bills, I can’t feed my son, I can’t put gas in my car, I can’t pay my babysitter, and I can’t pay the moving truck that’s coming at 11AM today to move my disabled mother!!

I've had issues the moment I've chosen this place as a bank. It took me I think two months to get a debit card, that was correct in my name, although for some reason they have it on file? It required several wasteful trips just to get it correct, and in the end, it turns out they couldn't do it, and i just ended up calling the bank and talking to someone who went above and beyond for me even though it's not my responsibility at this point. I then went in recently, and I am confounded at the issues as a result of speaking to a woman named Erika. Initially i wanted to remove my sister's name from my bank account, and she straight up told me the only way that is possible is if my sister died. I explained that i had been told my sister could remove it, and she was quick to jump on the banker that had miss spoken this information, demanding to know what banker screwed up this time. Afterwards, I attempted to get a refund from my student account, because i was charged fees that shouldn't have happened. She says well i can only give you $30, not the max amount of $35 even though i should get a full refund??? She suggests switching the account to the new no deposit, and said she would give me a call to let me know about everything. I came in a month later, and she recognized me enough to realize she had screwed up royally. She had done absolutely nothing to help me, wasted my time, failed to deal with my bank account properly which is a bit sketchy after the Wells fargo scandal. She completely neglected any duties that she had or has, and then tried to weasel her way out of her mistakes by saying she had to speak with her manager with this, even though she just went and did it right then and there, without her manager's approval, and showed the bank teller how to do it? I'd give it no stars if it was possible. There is incompetency as a result of simply being uneducated or new to the job, and then there is straight up, 100% incompetent.

No idea why all the bad reviews, I've banked here for about 4 years and they're amazing. Patrick needs a raise!

Terrible branch, their atm machine malfunctioned and I was treated like I did something wrong when I showed up at the bank the next day to fix it. They picked up my phone call and hung up when they saw me calling from outside the branch. The lady at the window was rude and the manger hiding behind her was even worse. In the drive up window they have given me other people's money on multiple occasions once was $15000 ! They have given me other people's drivers license and debt cards then acted like it was my fault when I drove away with the envelope. They charge you $35 anytime the wind changes direction. We're closing all 4 of our accounts with this 'bank' and do not recommend them at all.

This is the Best Bank I have ever done business with. Better than First Rate Service. The branch is well managed and every single employee has a Great Attitude and Always provides the Best Possible Service !! Absolutely Outstanding Branch. Extremely Helpful People

Always polite and greet you with a smile. Good bank as it is extremely close and hardly ever busy even after work. Definitely check them out.

Employee there gave me the wrong information about a deposit I made so I got charged $385 in overdraft fees. Very disappointed
