Chase Bank W 58th Ave, Arvada

Both ATMs are out of service and cannot get in to use the one in the foyer after hours. Service at Chase had gone to H*** since Covid. They have reduced our access to money and other financial services when they are needed most.

Great experience. Josh helped us get our account set up and was very friendly and informative. Edit: changing from 5 to 3 stars... after our initial visit, we ran into some problems. The debit card had not been ordered for the new account. We called the main customer service number and they said because it was a new account we had to go back to a branch to get the card ordered. Drove all the way back (we live ~40 mins away from the nearest chase) and it still took over a week to get the new card.

Absolutely 0 stars came in before closing to open a checking and savings mind you I already have chase accounts and the whole time the banker guy was rude as hell acted like it was so difficult to open the account likenim sorry you don't close until 6 do your job! So annoyed right now terrible customer service I will definitely never come to this location again the branch I normally go to is way better!!!

Rude...rude and even more rude. Ridiculous place. If you are young and come in looking like crap to cash a check they start questioning it. Specially if it's alot. I had to come in to talk to someone because my check amount was big. Pretty much thought I was a fraud and wanted to investigate further. Was planning on opening a checking account here to today. Helllllll no. Guess I better come in my business suite next time to make things easier and less profile. Never come here again and requesting my company changes banks IMMEDIATELY

When I was calling the Chase Bank I could not get a hold of anyone there and it took a long time to set up my savings account but other then that the service was very nice.

Tellers are pompous and incredibly condescending. Fees for pretty much everything here, surprised they don't charge for air. Sold all my shares in JPM after multiple bad experiences.

This Chase bank would not cash my check even though I had funds available and bank with Chase. The 'system' would not allow them, no reason was given, no other explanation was given. I called customer service and customer service 800 number said they should have cashed the check and there's no reason they can think of that I would have been denied. I went to a different Chase branch the next day and they cash my check with absolutely no issue. I guess all the reviews about this particular location being horrible are correct. I should have never driven here.

Brian Maestas is the best go whit him, dont loss your time with the others bankers like me, they are very rude and make mistakes. I give 5 stars to brian. After 8 months whit chase, i close all my business and personal checking account. This location is the worst.

Same thing as the previous reviews I went to open another checking account an hour before they closed and the refused my business because it would take to long to open an account even though I already have 3 accounts with chase. The banker was very rude to me acting like I was such an inconvenience for her because I was coming in an hour before they closed.
