I recently got a quote and the price was perfect did the new policy over the phone fast and convenient I recommend going to them

Reynolds Sr. made a mistake on my tax return, refused to accept that he made a mistake, and yelled and accused me for trying to misrepresent information to get the most money back. I owed money back to IRS after I got a letter from them two years later. Eventually after looking the papers over again admitted that he messed up and gave me the interest that I owed to the IRS which he was legally obligated to. He refused to refund me the tax preparation money that was charged as I suggested to fix the issue because he messed up. I get that mistakes happens but the way it was handled after was in poor taste. Plus, if he is going to not back his work up, there are plenty of other people and agencies that will do at least the same level of work if not better for the same amount of money and with much better customer service.

I've never had a problem with them I always use them. There great and very curtious when I go in there all the time the ladies are so nice and the young man in there too very helpful to me

Ive been a customer for many years and the staff is exceptional. I've had many dealings with Colleen in the past and she's excellent. Recently Gerania (Geri) went above and beyond to help me add a vehicle to my policy. It was complicated and it was done effectively and effortlessly. I highly recommend Freeway Insurance!!

I have been having Bill & his team complete my taxes since 2014. We received a notice from our 2016 return which stated that Bill made a mistake which in turn leaves my husband & I owing NYS over $700. I contacted Bill & he owned making the mistake but was not willing to paid for said mistake. He was only willing to pay a menial $143 for the interest NYS added to the discrepancy. He was unwilling to stand by his mistake which has cost my family time & money. We will never do business with this establishment ever again & have lost confidence in our tax returns for 2017 & 2018.

Contacted this agency to file a claim against a driver who rear-ended one of my client's vehicles. The young man who answered the phone was rude and refused to help. He refused to help file the claim until they received permission from their client (not how this works) and then when I advised that is not how this works in NYS and we would then like to file direct with the carrier he smugly said "so call the carrier" and then refused to give me the phone number like its protected under some privacy guideline... its a phone # for Pete's sake. I found the # and called the claims dept and filed the claim and the claim rep at the Insurance Company couldn't be more helpful and courteous. I still got done what needed to get done... but not without this agency leaving a bad taste behind enough for me to write a review. I have been in the industry for almost 20 years... worked at Brokerages and Agencies... I feel bad for anyone having their policies serviced by this rep in this agency bc clearly they do not know what they are doing and are quite smug about it too.

We have been being overcharged for years but due to being a loyal customer who hates change we have just ate it and dealt with it..I just got a renewal notice where my payment has increased by almost 300%..I’m not sure where they think this is ok but I will be doing my business elsewhere from now on and I recommend everyone do the same..I’m sick of being taken advantage of
