Rob Morandi at Freedom Mortgage is the best of the best for all your mortgage and refinancing needs. He came highly recommended to me by my amazing realtor Matthew Arnold at Netter Real Estate. I needed pre-approval on a Saturday and Rob made it happen...even though he was at a movie with his family. He said he would get back to me after the movie, which he did and got me pre-approved. When I spoke to him again for the second time , I felt like we were ole friends. He is incredibly knowledgeable, but at the same time he walks you through every step of the process and makes sure you understand exactly what is happening(which is what I needed, as this was all very overwhelming). My husband and I had some questions and he came out on a Friday in the summer in rush hour traffic to meet with us. He answered every call, email and text immediately or got back to be within a couple of hours (if that long). I’m really not happy. As a first time home buyer the “team” that should be working on my loan should be more responsive in explaining to me every document I’m signing and the decisions I’m making. I am basically having to figure this all out on my own. The response I do get is at the end of the day, so I’m only allowed maybe a 5 min response time if I even get that. I ask questions that merit explanation and I get a simple response “we are working on it”. I’ve never had to beg for customer service until now and it’s heart breaking. My commitment let is past due. Why? I don’t know. I’ve provided every document and signed every paper the same day it was asked of me. I did everything I was supposed to do. My reward has been nothing but bad news….”I’m sorry we didn’t know.” Again, I’ve been available and ready and upfront from day one. Now I can’t get my grants. I paid for the Sonyma course and did everything asked of me…just to be told my grants are not available to me. Ok fine. Now what!? Can I at least close on time?? I’ve already provided everything. What did I do to deserve this??? I’m doing this for my children. Why is no one ever available until? What did I get myself into? How can I get someone to explain things to me concerning a 30 year commitment???

Christine was absolutely phenomenal to work with. I was impressed from Day 1 when her assistant, Dawn, called me at 8pm the day before Christmas Eve to make sure our documentation was in order for a Dec 26 open house. If that's not A+++ customer service, I don't know what is! Christine and her team, Dawn and Dan, were very fast to respond to my questions, made sure I felt comfortable with the process, and did a GREAT job finding the best loan package for us. Many cautioned that the home buying process is difficult and fraught with problems; they obviously didn't work with Freedom Mortgage! From the first phone call to closing, this process couldn't have gone any smoother and I'm thankful that Christine and her team was with us every step of the way. From the bottom of my heart, thanks for helping us make our dreams come true!

I cannot say enough great things about Christine! She made the entire home buying process stress free. We had several lengthy calls and we had several questions. She never rushed us off the phone, never acted like we were wasting her time, and always answered all our questions. This includes us prior to committing to Freedom. She also clearly and concisely communicated with all other parties with vested interest without having to ask (ie. our attorney). She’s just amazing!!!!
