I have been very pleased with this bank they have a very intuitive online banking platform and most of their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm leaving one star because I had the unfortunate experience of having Pam as a loan advisor. She was rude start to finish and every conversation I had with her felt rushed and was unpleasant. She hung up the phone on me before I was finished asking her a question and was not helpful even the slightest bit with my questions... I felt like she didn't care at all about me. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth with Frandsen Bank but all in all still a decent bank.

I had a similar experience very rude on the phone not sure if it was the same lady.. I got frustrated hung up the phone and called back at a different time to talk to someone else
