Founders Federal Credit Union Old York Rd, Rock Hill

Use any bank but this one. Stole 1,000 from my savings account in form of dormant account fees. It was a savings account only, not a checking account. Have my phone and email and made no attempt to contact me at either about the monthly theft of my money. The just rode down the balance every month to 0. Could have closed the account and sent me a check if they really thought I abandoned the account, but no they wanted the money. I will provide more information on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Maybe it happened because I'm not a rich white guy and they think they can get away with stealing the money. Anyone else have a similar issue with them?

I cant describe how happy I am to be a member of Founders! I enjoy every branch but I usually choose the Newbort branch due to my wonderful experiences with one of the employees at this particular branch. Olivia Willis is always very pleasant, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond for her customers! Thankyou founders and Olivia for the great services!

Great people very helpful but calling to try to get stuff fixed or wait for a call back takes forever and call 24 is a joke they can't do anything and if a problem does happen for any reason like a auto draft comes out that shouldn't they make it your fault and can't help you so they push you off on a branch

Had a wonderful experience with Crystal Epps at Founders. The real test of service and a "good experience" is not only when everything goes smooth and flawless... but how things are handled when issues arise. I'm truly satisfied with both ends of the spectrum. Go see her, you'll be glad you did.

I can’t say enough good things about this business!! From my first visit approximately 4 years ago until my visit today!! I usually deal with Crystal when I need anything. Crystal is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with!! I would highly recommend Founders to anyone looking for a great credit union!!

Pleasant, but they charge $2 to withdraw your own money. I think the interest was only accruing at $0.06 periodically.
