Foreman financial has been my lien holder since 2018. They have always been great and understanding and straight forward. I just recently moved and was in a tight financial situation and I just want to thank Jose and Alejandra there for always working with me and relieving the stresses I have been going through. Incompetent!!! Not professional at all! Seems like they hate there jobs and goal must be do the least possible while working. they answer with an attitude, forget to process critical information. 7 years later they blame the DMV for not removing lean holder on vehicle Had to Pay to get proof of pay off notarized was told 3-5 business days called 5 days later to be told it takes weeks to notarize my paperwork.

I would advise that anyone looking this company up pay close attention to the patterns seen with those who've posted 5 stars. They either mention specific names or mention the customers of Foreman Financial as being uncreditworthy, therefore invalid. I was a customer with Foreman Financial until I decided to have them take the vehicle back. I had issues with FF during the first six months of the loan with failing to post payment and adding fees. I spent a lot of time contacting the office, only to be met with unprofessional, rude, and incompetent individuals (they do hang up on you). It took a great deal of submissions of proof of payment (i.e. cancelled checks and bank statements) to get them to update the account. After a year, I told FF to take the vehicle back. They sent a letter stating that the vehicle would be sold at auction, the amount made would be credited to the account and I would be responsible for the remainder. No calls, no letters, no credit to the account. Quite the contrary. FF sent information to the credit bureaus claiming that there was over $14,000 outstanding (mind you, the vehicle was 10,000 to start and a year of payments had been made). Futher, on the report, they show that only a few payments had been made and displayed YEARS of non-payment. Additionally, they inserted the comment "Written off, could not locate customer." This company banks on those who do not keep sound records. Do not fall for the bogus 5 star reviews. No legitimate companies have a large number of fives and an immense number of one stars with only a handful of twos, threes, and fours. I don't care how much of a rut you may be in, FF will only dig you deeper. Bad business, unethical practice.

Foreman Financial is a s wonderful company to do business with, they are helpful and understanding, They’ll work with you and get you the best deal. If ever I need another car in the future I will definitely be getting it through them!

About five years ago when a defaulted loan for sent to collections and the courts went through with garnishing my father's wages, I called and begged for this company to give us a chance to pay them without the court. The man on the other line laughed at me and hung up on me. We lost our home and my father couch surfed for some time and I had to scramble to find a place to live after I got kicked out of the house, which I paid rent for.

I’ve been working with Jose for the past 2 years and he’s been nothing but knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process of me paying of the loan I had with them. I was able to finally pay it off and Jose kept his promise about what we spoke in the very beginning 2 years ago! Jose helped me with a collection that was on my credit from co-signing from a past relationship. He sent me what I needed, processed my payment and will be helping me get the negative removed off my credit. Great help. Will review once again once credit is fixed.

Due to having shabby credit I researched all the local high risk lenders in the greater Los Angeles area. Although Foreman Financial had some poor reviews I decided to borrow directly from them based off a recommendation from a friend that was brutally honest with me. One Foreman Financial is extremely busy, when I call I may be on hold for a few minutes, but at least I am able to speak directly with a live person. Two straight out the gate my interest rate was high, no matter whom my lender was going to be due to my poor credit my interest rate was going to be high, Foreman was very forthcoming with this information. I had an unexpected financial hardship that caused me to become delinquent with my loan, Foreman's staff was professional yet direct about the standing of my defaulted loan. Jorge, Josie, Alejandra, Javier and Joanna all assisted me during my default and after my vehicle was repossessed. Yes, if a person does not pay their vehicle loan then their vehicle will be repossessed; this is no one else's fault but mine. The redemption process was scary at first because of the amount of money I was told I would be required to cover the loan amount that was dues, reinstatement fees, repossession fees and storage. Once I spoke with Jose directly and explained my situation and that I could not afford all the fees up front, Jose helped in getting me back into my vehicle. Jose explained that the remaining fees I was not able to cover could be added to my loan. The company I redeemed my repossessed vehicle from was a bit out of the way, but they were very friendly and professional. The company not only gave me a discount, but they explained everything that I would be required to do in order to get my vehicle back. With any loan a consumer must be willing to be responsible for financial obligation.

Unfortunately we had to come across a company like this, such thieves. I would be ashame if I worked for this people. We paid off a loan for a vehicle that had been involved in an accident because we did not purchase gap insurance. Nonetheless, we called to make final payoff and they would not take payment over the phone. Reported us 30 days late with credit bureau finally 1 employee decided to accept payment telling my husband it was the payoff and later they sent a bill for $40+ when we called about it they said it was the balance and then we figured out that they were so eager to take the payment that they accepted less telling my husband it was all he owed. We sent in the balance in a check which never got to them and we called in again after not seeing the checked cleared and they got an approval to accept over the phone. Now if that was possible why did you not offer that when we were trying to pay off the loan. That would have been the norm for a customer service base company. Now that I called to request a review of the issue the guy threatened me with showing proof of when payment was made and I said sure you can also show your notes when we attempted to make payment and you would not acceotnover the phone yet now you can. Be careful with these type of companies. They are so eager to damage your credit but we do have consumer affairs to protect us and social media now to inform everyone. I feel sad for the people that have to use them because they do not have a choice.
