I had been searching for just the right Land Rover LR4 for quite a while. When I saw that Boktor Motors had one that I was looking for, I reached out. They responded in a timely manner and were very helpful. It was a great experience. The vehicle was well taken care of for a 10 year old used car. I purchased the vehicle from them and the buying experience was above average. They were not pushy and did not try to hide anything in the paperwork. The only downside was that I lived an hour away!

This was the best first experience of car buying that I ever expected to have. I've never bought a car at a dealership before, so I was unsure what could happen since I didn't have any credit history at all, only had my current ft job. All the staff at Boktor Motors are genuinely kind and really down to earth professionals. Made 3 appointments different dealers and Boktar Motors was my 1st stop. Test drive the car I felt pretty pleased with the car to just make a decision to buy the first dealer I stopped at. My car is great and the price was reasonable. My other appointment was out in Corona so glad I didn’t have to drive all the way out there in traffic. They had a lot of cars and nice people working there.

Called a few places Boktor Motors was the only place that took their time to give me information over the phone. I was very interested in financing everywhere I called they were quick to have me fill out application and ask me about it down payment first. This was the first place out of the few I called that broke down The financing for me and talk to me about my options. I had already told the nice lady my situation over the phone and she kind of got an idea of what I was looking for and gave me a rough estimate. I felt complete enough at the end of our phone conversation to fill out an online application. Next day I got a call back and I was approved, even tho I ended up getting another car but I left there with a car and they worked out with my down payment as well. Karen and Albert both made this process super easy for me. I’m very happy with my purchase and my G35! I definitely recommend them, call them don’t waste your time on other rude dealers!

I'm not sure the name of the gentleman that was helping us, but an older guy (maybe 50s) was so helpful and personable. I had been to 5 other used car dealerships before this one & every owner was hesitant/reluctant to have us test drive their cars. But at this place, they were super enthusiastic about it. We didnt end up buying from here this time because the truck selection wasnt too extensive, but I plan to buy from here for my next sedan! All the cars are very clean here & in my opinion, priced very well. The owner is also very transparent and honest. He even offered to look up the carfax on the other vehicle I was looking at from another business. Great experience.

Good collection of cars at great prices I didn’t end up buying from them my salesman apparently was having a bad day at work! Didn’t need to be around that type of energy! I was hyped to go look at some cars but my budget wasn’t enough for Alec/Alax . Take you money somewhere that will actually appreciate you. I hate to leave a bad review but I just had to.

I’d avoid this place went in to purchase a car cash a few weeks ago so I handed them my drivers license to test drive a car. I thought this one sufficient personal information but their salesman wanted my phone number after he had pulled the vehicle out. I asked why the license isn’t enough info and he stormed away putting the car back into its display spot. We then decided to leave because he obviously wasn’t professional. As we were leaving he said “have a nice day” nothing out of the ordinary and when we replied “you lost a sale” he chased after us a good 3 houses down wanting to physically fight us. His MANAGER then followed out us thinking he’d gain control of his salesman but instead threatened us “you wanna get down”. We chose to ignore them and left but I had to come back for my license and when I asked the salesman for my license he held it up in the air away from me as if he was an 8 year old holding candy away from another child. Never have I had an experience like this

I been trying to find a car for my daughter for the last few weeks, been to a few places not been too lucky I guess. I am glad I came across Boktar Motors through cargurus. We found a beautiful 2017 Ford Fiesta low miles and it fit right in our budget. Friendly environment with a nice inventory.

This place is great. I got a great deal and the owner was very informative. I bought my car out right and any questions I had were answered quickly.

This is a small (used car) dealership and it's a bit like looking for a needle in a haystack; but the people there are awesome and very helpful. We were shopping for a car for my son and not having any luck with the other places we had been to. We wanted something in our price range (without going too over) and that would get him to A to Z with detours in between. After searching online, we found this place and I'm happy we did. We spoke to Albert, told him what we wanted and what we could work with. He listened, recommended a few cars he had and after a few test drives we found my son's (new to him) car. The woman who completed the paperwork, Karen, was really nice, got everything completed, no fuss, no muss. Most of the cars are not fancy, some have cosmetic issues, but the people there were honest with us and weren't pushy or looking for the next sell. I'd definitely recommend this place.

First off let me say this. I bought a 2012 Nissan Murano. It was my first ever car purchase as a young adult this year. I thought I was buying a good car without issues. They were cool and all. One guy was a little bitter but otherwise was never rude. First thing I noticed a week later that my horn did t work. Only found out when I went to get my license and they did vehicle inspection. So after a week I noticed clicking/ popping noises coming from the car. After asking questions Came to the conclusions That the Control arms are bad. I never bothered to look under that car but I decided to about two and half weeks later maybe 3 the transmission is leaking. Not severely but is leaking. I called the office. And they told me since it had been a month or so. They couldn’t give me a straight answer. His words were ‘ I am not telling you no but I am not telling you yes ‘ to being able to help fix the problems. I know I waited too long but I’m busy working all the time. So Now The Power steering fluid keeps going all the way empty every few days so another problem there. I can say it’s my fault for not being more cautious and taking the car to them to service but like I said I am busy. I was assured I was buying a great condition Used car. I did not want to go thru the hassle of having to go back and explain everything going on with the car it’s basically slowly falling apart. I do t drive heavy and the only thing I do is go to work and back. I only live 15/20 mins from work. This Was a Horrible First car buying experience for me. Officially terrified now. For the price I have to pay for the car on top of all the fixings I will have to do just to make sure it last me. This is just really bad for a first time car buyer. Like I said tho they never told me no to seeing if they can fix the problem but also never said yes. They just said I can stop by but do to it not being right away they weren’t sure if they would do anything about it. So basically If I’m buying a car used or not don’t tell me I’m buying a reliable used car when I am not. I shouldn’t have had to be worrying about the car falling apart when I drive it out your lot. Especially I’ve only had the car for two Months and already falling apart. I’m really disappointed.

Purchased our Nissan Sentra in 12/19 after relocating to Los Angeles from Maryland. I wanted to allow for a lapse of time to pass so I can give an accurate review. Since we purchased our car we have yet to have any major repairs done. We even drove the car cross country from California to Pennsylvania and it's still in awesome working condition. Super easy, since they take care of registration and transferring the title to your name right there, so you don’t have to go to the DMV. Scheduling a test drive was a breeze—just give them a call! They’re extremely nice but also straightforward. Every question I asked was answered quickly and effectively. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I really lucked out and highly recommend Boktor Motors to anyone else looking for a great used vehicle!!

I got a 2013 Mini Cooper from these guys, and after going to several other dealerships prior, I was really skeptical because of used car dealer reputations. They gave me a really good deal on my Mini Cooper and I was super excited, until I drove off the lot. I pulled out and the tank was empty so I went to the nearest gas station to fill it up. As I was leaving the gas station my check engine light turned on. I thought to myself, "Well great, they lied to me and my doubts about used car dealers were all true. They just make the car sound like gold and sell you junk." So, I immediately called Boktor Motors and said my check engine light turned on. They told me to return to have them take a look. I got back and the guys ran it on the machine, and it just turned out that I forgot the gas cap when I was pumping gas!!!!! I was so thrilled and relieved!!!! It's now a week later and I'm OBSESSED with my car and couldnt be any happier. They made me feel better about getting used cars, and I will definitely be getting my cars from here only. Thank you!!
