    Ordered a Ford Maverick 9 months ago, arrived today and throughout the process, the dealership did everything right. They put in the paperwork correctly, maintained communication throughout the wait, honored the MSRP, and didn't do any of the pushy sales tactics with the extended warranty. Couldn't ask for more! Thank you sales person Tim and sales manager Phil for a pleasant dealership experience. Would highly recommend!

    Very easy process. I would have preferred an opportunity to have completed the paperwork online to save time as I am self-employed. The vehicle is performing beautifully. Really saving on gas! I've owned/leased several Ford vehicles. Happy!

    Drove all the way down here from SF to purchase my new Ford Mustang! Very happy with the great price and the excellent service! I checked their stock online and saw they have the car I wanted, so I called in, and from there Tony Hernandez was able to help me from start to finish. We collaborated completely over the phone and email, from getting the quote, putting down a deposit, and getting pre-approved for financing. There was no fuss and Tony made everything very easy. On the day of, I showed up in my rental car, we were able to get all the paperwork done before noon, and he even accompanied me to drop off my rental. I drove off as a very happy new car owner.     I ordered a maverick 10 months ago and when I went to pick it up they made no effort to work with me. With a credit score over 750 I was offered a 7.1% interest rate. I know rates went up recently but they didn’t go up that much. Pretty disappointing considering I waited 10 months but glad I dodged driving off in a Ford.

    Rob, We are sorry that you felt unable to complete your transaction with Ford of Ventura. As we facilitate loans on behalf of the lenders and customers, we have little control over the rate as set by any particular lender. In your transaction, the sales manager mentioned that there was also some negative equity that would carry over to your new loan from the trade in vehicle and that could have an affect on the rates as set by the lender.     RUDE RUDE , must be because I’m a woman. Called 6 times over 2 days and spoke to both Perry and Curtis who promised a call back. No return call although on the 2d day they said they called me. No missed calls no messages. By this time I’m frustrated and called them back and both hung up on me! Very unprofessional. Neither one of them listened to me and kept interrupting me. Will never go back!

Our Service Manager Curtis reached out three times via phone and left voicemails each time attempting to set an appointment to have your transmission checked with an appointment. We encourage appointments to help ensure our staff has the time to dedicate the proper attention and resources to serving you in a timely fashion. In addition, it appears, that our appointment setter is under the impression that while he also attempted to set an appointment in order to rectify your concerns - he was met with a string of profanities. Our Service Manager, Curtis, is continuing to reach out via text. We would like to make the request that the profanities are no longer included in communications. If that is not possible we would like to move forward in agreement that we are not a good fit for one another. That being said our mission is to go further for our customers and provide outstanding customer service. We have been blessed with a growing number of customers and the down side to that is that our technicians are scheduled a few weeks out, depending on your specific needs. We apologize for the inconvenience and am happy to try and work with you to find a suitable mutually agreeable solution.     Such a let down with the Service Department. Went in to get a battery and $600 later we see we were charged a testing fee for everything we discussed with the service advisor. Without approving the fees. No thanks Ford of Ventura - we should have gone to Buena Auto.

    We really appreciate and love Ventura Ford .,straight forward and honest . we highly recommend them.. everything was laid out upfront .. no sneaky or hidden costs.     No pressure respectful salesman. Enrique answered all my questions and requests with a smile. Test drive with no hassle or issues. Negotiating the price was very professional. All paperwork was ready when we returned to sign. Car had been detailed and filled with gas. After the sale all service history docs and AutoCheck report were sent to me as requested. Overall the best and easiest purchase of a vehicle from a dealer I have ever made.

    I recently replaced my 2000 F350 Super Duty dually C&C + service body with a 2022 version of the same truck. The bad news was a long wait for delivery due to present circumstances. The good news was the sales crew at Ford of Ventura. My main guys, Tim and JR, always smiling, always available, one or both, very skilled in the complicated business of selling cars and trucks. These two are electronic genius's, proven as they deftly demonstrated the serious electronics that are part of a new Ford truck. Phil, the highly experienced sales manager was right there watching and expertly answering questions from time to time.And last but not least, the financial, Tony, a former Marine, quickly handled a mountain of forms and paper work to complete the deal. Everyone at Ford of Ventura was friendly, knowledable and easy to talk too. A good place to buy a ford.

    I bought my truck from the steel, and I always use the same service department because they definitely go out of their way to make sure that my truck is taken care of as well as my needs are met and understanding what's going on, and what needs to be done. I don't feel like they are trying to get money from me, as they are making sure that my safety is priority.

    Ordered Maverick in 2021 of July. Everyone here was just a couple of hours behind the official ford tracker, but had way more details as Ford is reluctant to tell you anything more then the bare minimum. The truck wasn't a cent over MSRP and they helped me find rebates to shave off as much as possible. Def would recommend to other folks. Thanks again!

    Love, love, love Ford of Ventura!! Having said that....Ford of Ventura--would not be as fabulous as it is... without Mr. Robert Savala!! I met Mr. Savala in 2016 and purchased a Chevy Corvette from him at Paradise Chevrolet. It was only natural, I would call him directly when needing a F-350 to pull our 5th Wheel Heartland Cyclone and that I would ask his advice! All these years, I have been nothing but a Heartbeat of America Chevy girl!!! Now, we have our fabulous F350-Super Duty Powerstroke that will pull our 44ft.-5th wheel with ease!!!!! Thank you!     The whole sales team were awesome to work with. From Tony to Reuben and Tim - everyone was proactive in making sure I was happy with my purchase. There was a tough negotiation but ultimately we found something that worked for everyone. The Ford service plan was laid on a little too thick for my taste, which I opted out of, but I know that's just their job. Erin and Mitch in the service department are great. I definitely recommend this dealership.

    Called them about a truck they had for sale very friendly and helpful answering all my questions and got pre approved with them before having to go there. Drove out next day I live 2 hours from them, once there the truck was out front got to give a test drive and got all my questions answered and was done with paperwork in two hours! Not the entire day. Everyone was really friendly and when said i don’t want any warranty or other sales tactics they didn’t. Overall a great experience no pressure would recommend.
