Kunal was recommend by a close friend mine. The process was smooth and easy on my end. Just submitted the requested forms and Kunal took care of the refinance process. Lots of other loan officers will do the bait and switch, and try to con you in different ways. Which can be very frustrating and stressful. Kunal is not one of those and I highly recommend. Interest went from 4.875% to 3.5% Closing costs were close to 3500 which is cheap
