They are very easy to deal with, very thorough in their job and remain neutral in dealings but give all of the info to both parties so informed decisions can be made. We feel we were treated unfairly. Sue Smartt, who was our closing person, failed to mention that the realtor at the closing was representing an LLC her own mother owned. Sue was aware of the relationship. This caused a great deal of grief due to what we see as a conflict of interest. It simply was not fair and one sided. Additionally, we allege, the ladies that work there told the seller's agents we were having trouble with our contractor. This was none of their business and I'm sure if true rules were broken.

Very polite people, always punctual, and there to answer questions. When we recently purchased our house the representative was excellent at explaining everything we were signing, and I mean everything, every page was gone over. Made the whole process a little less stressful.

It is my opinion that they are not open and honest. I do not recommend them and I especially don't recommend the company they keep/realtors they are willing to work with.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Michelle (closing agent) and Bridgett (Senior Processor) at this location. Both are exceptionally knowledgeable, polite and prompt. Bridgett went above and beyond to help us when closing on a property in Knoxville. She’s a real treasure and people like her and Michelle and businesses like Foothills Title Services Inc. are one of the main reasons we chose to move to Tennessee!

Good location just off the main road. The building is newer and has another business attached. The office is small but has enough room to get done what is needed. The front office staff was friendly and the agent we worked with as well. My only criticism is that the business itself seems disjointed and disorganized. For a title company I would assume the they would have all of their t's crossed and I's dotted.
