Never had to have a title loan until COVID showed up. Mandates and closures and border closes really effect and hurt my business and the money. So off we went to titlemax. Since Sheri has showed up dealing with the company has been great and simple. Always friendly, always willing to be fair for both the company and the customer. Can’t say anything other than 5 stars for this location and the employees that work there.

Went in for a loan. The older bigger lady with the long hair was so rude. Every time I tried to speak she interrupted me and was hateful and anytime I asked a question she would respond sarcastically and irritated and would just snap at me and liked to keep saying: I am the General Manager of this store. She said it over and over. I counted at least 5 times.The young blonde girl was super sweet. She was in training I believe and she wanted to watch her serve me a loan and the old lady was so mean and huffed and puffed and told her to go back to her computer. like she didn’t want to fool with her. Poor girl didn’t say a word after that, she looked mortified and scared and just sat at her desk looking like she was about to cry. But Shoot I would be scared of that lady too. If you guys keep her as your ‘general manager’ much longer she’s going to scare all the customers and her employees away. What a joke! 😡

The store manager at this location is a wonderful person. She will help you get what you need. Then if you need assistance with a payment she will again do what she can to help you.... A couple of very satisfied customers.... I am very satisfied with the service at this location.
