*update* Check was finally received and also received a lengthy and apologetic voicemail* Very disorganized. Paperwork was revised several times, and still wrong at the closing. Was also charged $30 for an immediate wire transfer, that took over 24 hours. Ask for a check, you actually get that at closing. I was told they would mail me a check for the $30 since they took so long to wire me the money, and never got the check. Save yourself a lot of time, money and headaches and use a better agency!

I am a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Wallace & Wallace. I close a lot of transactions and have dealt with a lot of different title companies. Let me just say ALL TITLE COMPANIES ARE NOT THE SAME and they DO NOT all provide the Same Level of Service. Unfortunately I have discovered more and more title companies are running people through like cattle at an auction. QUANTITY over QUALITY which often results in less than acceptable customer service and can lead to mistakes on transactions which can be costly and make everyone look bad. When it comes time to choose a Title Company....Choose Wisely!!!! Foothills Title Services, Inc provides EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE to their clients. They always follow up and are not hard to reach should you have a question or concern. They will answer any questions and concerns you may have and even come to you if needed. They make the home buying experience a pleasure AND “to them” YOU ARE NOT JUST CLIENT NUMBER (1,692) one thousand six hundred and ninety two.....next please. No, No. It is about building trust and building relationships. I am so glad to have found them and recommend them with CONFIDENCE. I use them for my business and personal transactions.

Foothills Title Services provided excellent service during my refinance. Troy is extremely personable and happy to take it slow and answer any questions I had. I called Foothills Title when I saw suspicious language in the closing documents from another title company. They were able to review the documents and get me through my closing without signing anything that made me uncomfortable. I would have switched to Foothills Title if it had been amenable to the sellers. Next time I'll start with Foothills Title!

This team of people are absolutely amazing. I had a horrible mortgage company that was making it almost impossible to close on my home. Foothills went way above and beyond and worked for weeks to try to get all the ducks in a row. I don't know how they pulled it off, but they did get it all together from my reluctant mortgage company just 30 minutes before closing. I was blessed to have such a great team of people who didn't give up and dedicated themselves to ensure I was able to get my house sold with the absolute greatest compassion and understanding! These people are awesome!

Love working with Foothills Title. Troy's closings are always handled professionally, and his paperwork (well-worded and organized) protects your clients' best interests. My investors trust Foothills with multiple properties. Closing anywhere else seems subpar. Partner with the best!
