FNBO - First National Bank of Omaha S 133rd Plz, Omaha

Every time I have gone to this bank there has been an issue. Upon opening a bank account the banker was extremely rude and unprofessional to the point where I thought about just getting up and walking out with my money. A few weeks ago I went in to get a new card and the teller gave me an inactivated card, upon calling customer service they told me I would have to go in and get a whole new card as he set it up improperly. No big deal mistakes happen and I have worked in customer service for seven years totally get it. However, today I went back in to get my card fixed and the teller was rude and argued with me stating that I myself needed to activate the card which I had already tried to do and was told by your customer support that you guys messed up. It was extremely unprofessional and rude. I will be closing my bank here as soon as possible. I have never left a bad review and always avoid confrontation but I was trying to pull money out for a go fund me that I had set up for my boyfriends grandparents as their daughter and my boyfriends mom had just passed. All I wanted was the money out of my checkings and to get a new card. This was extremely rude and extremely unprofessional I will take my business elsewhere

I was having technical issues with my online banking for the past week. I called my local branch today and Wes truly went out of his way to help! His customer service was outstanding!! He was kind, attentive and extremely patient! Wes was very knowledgeable and made me feel very confident that him and First National Bank were there for me!! Thanks again Wes! You were amazing!! I would highly recommend First National Bank to friends and family!! Their customer service is out of this world!!

Excellent customer service. Branch managers and employees friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Upper administration have taken the wrong direction on their decision concerning the NRA and the 2nd Amendment. I will be closing my account with First National Bank.

Daniel Foster, personal banker, is a liar, doesn't know what he's talking about when it comes to just job, andd should not be working as a personal banker anywhere

Yesterday I filled out a review of this branch. My experience was based on the drive through. Had a totally different experience going into the lobby today. Upon entering, their was a person standing at a teller station. As I stood waiting, it was evident that she had been standing there awhile, because an employee came out from the back, walked by her and stuck his head in a door calling for someone to come out to help her. I asked him if I could get into my safety deposit box, he said yes and seemed to be headed towards that desk. .....well he never came and I was left standing there. I made eye contact with a woman working at a desk to the left of me, she made no attempt to help. I began tapping my key on the counter and a gentleman, who I’d noticed sitting in his office, came out to help me. Unfortunately this has been the norm when I go inside this branch. Very disappointing.

Great service, many locations, always professional. Old style values, modern updated services. Many free services as well.
