Veridian Credit Union S 144th St, Omaha

I just love Veridian Credit Union. I have all my accounts there and it is because of Terry Sanders. She gives excellent service and at the same time educate you on the process and the services Veridian has. She is jewel!

Received a call on 11.15.2019 from the branch manager. Asking if we'd like to lower our interest rates on one of our vehicles, rates so great we ended up refinancing not only one but 4 total. Highly recommend doing business with them. Branch manager rocked!

DJ, Gabe and Omar at the South 144th branch are rock stars. We just closed on our mortgage and were also doing a renovation loan. We were working on kind of a tight timeline as construction had already started when we got the home improvement loan going. They helped push the loan through and kept us informed along the way. Definitely recommend them for mortgages and home improvement loans.

Anna is wonderful! By far one of the best customer service experiences my sister and I have had. She truly went above and beyond. Her kindness, her patience and her knowledge were greatly appreciated. A warm thank you to Anna and the staff at Veridian.

Visted for auto loan questions. The teller that greeted me was very accommodating and polite . That being said; my experience with the banker/loan officer wasn't as great. Being unfamiliar with private sale auto loan details I was seeking clarity. The banker displayed very little effort in trying to figure out my need. I got the impression that she just wanted to end the interaction. I had intended to ask about debt consolidation options but I felt like I was just wasting her time and cut interaction short. Needless to say this left a very negative impression on me for this specific branch.

We met with Lauren Nissen today and she did an awesome job helping us find the best loan option for some debt consolidation we want to do. We originally applied for a cash out refinance but Lauren felt a Home Equity Loan would be a better fit even though that would take her out of the process. I highly recommend reaching out to this branch and specifically Lauren with any of your mortgage loan needs.

My husband and I have had it with Veridian Credit Union. We received financing for a car loan over 3 years ago. We mistakenly thought we we're dealing with professionals, we contacted them on matters that need to be dealt with immediately, somehow they place us on the back burner, we have faxed over proof of insurance to them on several occasion and yet they still don't show that we have car insurance. After this car is paid off we are taking our business elsewhere. Too bad I had to give ONE star to post my review or else they would get NOOO stars!

I am new to this credit union but the experience was fantastic. They are very good people and care about you as a customer. I will recommend this credit union. It was a fun and learning experience. Thank you to Omar Whitney and Terry.

Moved to the area from a small town Wyoming where everyone’s mama knew everyone’s grandmama and didn’t think I could get that small town feel again. Marie made me feel like I was the only person that mattered that day. I came in to get a brochure and the next thing I knew I was in the an office talking about casserole recipes and opening an account and transferring my car loan over. She even sent me a handwritten thank you card with one of the recipes that we talked about. I appreciated that it wasn’t a stuffy atmosphere and that I could talk to her about what I was wanting.. before I even told her what I wanted she asked what I was looking for...instead of pushing products at me! I appreciated that. From what I’ve heard Viridian is new to the area but they are worth the extra glance, especially Marie! Thank you!

Staff was very friendly & helpful and the branch is VERY NICE inside. Has area with kids toys which I can see coming in very handy. Also they have a nice coffee machine. Great location and was not busy when I sung by so was able to get in and out without a wait.
