Faramarz is very-very professional and thorough. He will guide you with every step in the mortgage process. His knowledge on the mortgage market and timing is accurate. I've used FMZ's team twice - once for my first-time-buyer mortgage, and again for a recent refinance. I have zero complaints about either experience. As (very) naive first time buyers, the team took care of us, answering all our questions and making the process simple.
