It took about 40 days for the process. They were pretty clear with the requirements and their offerings. Irina was wonderful and helped me to gather my docs to submit my file. If you are a first time home buyer I would suggest to understand the closing estimates and ask them if there are any other costs that is not mentioned in the estimate closing cost.
