TD Bank Hillside Ave, Queens

Service was horrible, I needed a new debit card, and instead of getting it at the location where I was told by customer service to go via phone call, the bank associates had it mailed out which took 7 business days, without my permission. Be very careful and make sure that they do what they're suppose to do, not what they want to do.

I used to say good things about this particular location, but I won't anymore. I called to asked about a service and the girl that answered the phone, didn't wait until I'm finish talking and slammed the phone down on me. I don't know what is happening to people these days, people have jobs in a bank and have no telephone etiquette.

We were waiting almost an hour in the drive thru and 2 cars go through. We see people going up to the drive thru window while we're waiting in the car. I understand people needing to do banking too but this is ridiculous. I've been to alot of branches but this is THE WORST EVER.

Why do you people blamed the bank staff for long time wait and slowness? Why don't you all blame the customers who goes in front the tellers and can't make their minds up on what exactly they needed. I will always give a five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to this particular branch.

Took too long to assist at customers.

I came here with my mother, and the Hispanic female who worked on my mother's new account was unkind and nasty almost as if she was going to do something unprofessional, I got con vibes from her, and had to be on top of her in regards to the account, that's to much work for me.

Very clean place. Teller job is very stressful I understand that’s why they are always irritated. I hope the bank would shire more people to make work load off their worker to make them more friendly and professional. The person who was helping me made a mistake on the paper which made me go back twice.

Extremely long wait. I waited a whole hour before deciding to leave, as there were still about three people ahead of me. The number of customers aren't the problem. It is the service. I have saw one representative attend the customers of another representative while the other was talking to the tellers. Not worth coming here.

Love this one. I would beg my sister or mom to bring me to this one. They people are friendly and so welcoming. It makes you feel right at home kinda. Perfect size of space. Not to large, not to small. Very neat and organized. I recommend this TD bank to anyone and everyone.

TDBank go through people and understand why. We went to try to resolve a problem of a safe deposit box that should have been solved years ago. I give date and time, name of Financial representative and managers and no one still remembers. Every year they still deduct the amount of the box that we have closed years ago. But the Financial Service Representative now no longer work there so the manager has no idea of what he did or did not do that day with customers.How is this possible? Isn't their conversations recorded and video servalanced? But have no problem to charge $35. for unsufitian amount charges for money that should be there.
