TD Bank Horace Harding Expy, Queens

Thought I walked into a frat club house. Everyone inside is playing around, no one wants to assist me. Instead they are gossiping about other branches and customers. DONT COME HERE!!! SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL

I went in to get my account info update. The rep was unprofessional and rude. She just wants to sit at her desk day dreaming and not be be bother. Never visit this branch again.

I have been a TD Bank customer now for at least a few months and I had to update my review to Express how I feel now that I have been with them for awhile. Most TD Banks have Excellent customer service, yes that's true but this TD Bank far surpassed the rest of them. I'm surprised that whenever I come into this particular branch the managers and the teller's great me by my name each and every time. If I need to made a deposit or a withdrawal I barely ever have any paperwork to do. The all round friendly vibe here makes doing your banking tasks pretty enjoyable. Patrick who first signed me to my first account and Alan both are always there to assist if and when and difficulties or problems with your account occur. Tellers here are stupendous and amazing...Cherice who is amazing and helped me open yet another TD Account, she has an abundance of patience and knowledge. Soad,Daniela and Darsheny all extremely welcoming with the best attitudes and the best customer service I have ever seen Kudos to this TD Bank IMO this bank should be the blueprint for how all other banks are run..

So I never had a problem in this bank but unfortunately today I was sitting in the lobby for 30 mins to get a new debit card , then I get told the machine wasnt working. So I asked I need to withdraw money but they told me to make the line which is taking 15. Literally wasted 45 mins. If they told me the machine wasnt working I wouldn't have waited. Very disappointed

The service is not only awful, but the manager of the tellers is rude and disrespectful. After I complained that it should not take 20 minutes to make a deposit with only 2 people ahead of me, she gave me my deposit slip and said "have a better day". To which I replied, "I will when I don't come to this branch, again",she replied "see ya!". This is the worst TD bank that I have ever been to.

Nice cozy place for banking with very good customer service! Available parking spaces make your life bit easy..

One of the costumer service rep lectured us on how to fix our problem on our own. Which was fine but the tone she used was very condescending and degrading. I wouldn’t be coming back here if this is the type of treatment that this branch exhibits.

Amazing staff Who ever set up the computer system when it was built did something very wrong ATMs and their computer system always have problems HEY TD BANK HELP THESE PEOPLE FIX THE PROBLEM WITH THE COMPUTERS

Worse drive thru service ever... I understand we are in a pandemic but over 20 minutes for each customer that's crazy...
