Closed on my home May 16th. Was supposed to have a "Lady Bird Deed" brought to me at that closing. Was told that it would be a month and they would call me at that time. It's been 2 months and apparently they aren't interested in finishing what they had started. Never got a call, so I called Shantelle, who was doing the closing for me, to see what the status was on my new Deed. She wasn't available so I sent an email. I had given her info. pertaining to my kids info. to be put on the deed much earlier before the closing. I got a Warranty Deed instead and was told by email that because I had a mortgage I couldn't get a "Lady Bird Deed". Since this was not the case and I had paid cash for my home at the closing I emailed her stating they were mistaken and were confusing me with another customer because I have no mortgage. After I resent all the emails that pertained to this subject Shantelle then looked in my file and concurred that I was correct. She then said she would hand the info to the person who does the "Lady Bird Deeds". This was weeks ago. I called for Shantelle again today the receptionists asked my name and what property it was concerning. Gave her the info. and was told that Shantelle was on a phone call. And would I like to leave a voicemail? I said yes and left the message asking about the status of my Deed and if she couldn't help me to put me through to the person handling it at this point. Well, it is 7:46 p.m. now and still no response since 10:45 a.m. She must still be on an important phone call. Please, if anyone is working with this company keep it in writing what you need and don't pay them until you have what you were promised. I will let anyone know who is buying a home not to go with this title company.

Great group there at FAST! I had a very difficult sale that they were able to pull off in record time. Good job! I highly recommend them.

When I needed a title search done on my parent's property I went to Florida Abstract. Shantelle went above and beyond to get the info I needed and it was just as the name implies: FAST. I have friends who are realtors. They wouldn't think of using anyone else. You can choose who does the title work for your home sale. Do yourself a favor and choose FAST Title. Ask for Shantelle!

As an investor in the area I can tell you that Florida Abstract is the best title company in Florida! We buy and sell land everyday and use FAST for all of our transactions. Everyone is really busy right now but they are still getting the job done. My company has worked well with them for many years and hope to continue for many more!

EFFICIENT AND REASONABLE COST I've used their property title services several times over the years when buying property, amending deeds, and refinancing property. They are easy to work with and very friendly.

The worst customer experience I have ever had in my real estate career. The lack of professionalism and extreme lack of communication coming from this company is beyond embarrassing to the real estate community. From this point forward, I will never recommend my clients work with this company. What should have taken 2 weeks to close has turned into over 5 weeks and counting due to their inability to get the job done.
