I've had nothing but good experiences in this place. Even when I had to wait, there was comfortable seating where I could do so. Because I have a Flagstar account I can use the Coinstar machine for free, and they've been super helpful when I was trying to plan financial things. Far and away the best bank I've had in years, and conveniently has multiple locations in town. :)

Each time I have come to this main branch, the staff have been very helpful.

They have claimed the last two months of my mortgage payments have not gone through, but I look on my recent activity for my account and shows the payments went through and are out of my bank account. Now they sent the delinquency to my credit report when in fact I have actually made 5 mortgage payments in 3 months. This is the worst company ever and selling mortgages should not be legal. I would have never chosen to do business with a company like this, but ended up here after my first mortgage company sold them the loan.
