    I was talked into refinancing. I was told it would be easy, save me money, and there wouldn't be any problems since I'm already a member of Flagstar. I wanted Escrow set up. It was never set up for me on the refinance. It took almost half a year to set up escrow but automatic payments was never set to adjust and I was contacted about money that was never received. It has been a real headache and messed up my finances to the point that I really wish I didn't go through all of this to begin with. I'm still having to deal with issues from all of this.

    Just pulled into the parking lot here on Fri Sept. 24th at 5:58, just turned 5:59 when I pulled into the drive thru to make my deposit. Drive thru was closed, people inside, but no one to take my deposit. The lady walking away from the computer saw me but proceeded to shut everything down anyways. I realize it's a minute until close but I've honestly never had this happen at any other branch I've gone too. I've pulled up right at 6PM on a friday dozens of times and sometimes a minute later and they are always there ready to help me. That minute is going to cost me a late fee on a bill now. Really disappointed with this branch and this bank in general.

    I have had an acct there for years ! The girls there take real good care of. There acct holders best place I ever banked at ! I can't say enough about how good a place it is to bank at .

    Literally about to pull my account completely because this locations ATM is so insanely infuriating and broken

    I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes an wasn't even acknowledged! There was no wait and you could see gentleman on the phone through the window!!
