Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Northline Rd, Southgate

Bull$hit , you can open a fraudulent account online in 3 minutes. To report and shut down, hours ☠️ Fraud department is a joke wait an hour an the phone just to get disconnected. Real people at the back can't even close the accounts. Worthless

What Bank doesn’t work Banking hours? This would be I’m sure the only bank not to work 9-5. What a terrible bank.

Monday Sept 27th. I went in to make a withdraw from IRA. The blonde lady who was working at regular banking snapped at me saying I needed an appointment. No appointments till tomorrow.. Yeah it's my money and now I will take my business somewhere else

Lisa, the relationship manager, is amazing! She is always quick, helpful, and is genuinely friendly. If all BoA employees were like her, I would always bank here. Thank you, Lisa!! C*******, on the other hand, smiles and speaks with a pleasant tone, but you can feel her annoyance towards customers from across the room. It's employees like her that make me happy to close my accounts. That and BoA's ridiculous, ever changing fees.

The branch has not opened in Southgate on Northline. Both ATM's were out of order!!! I will be looking for a new place to do my banking.

Have a safety deposit box here but they seem to be fully closed, all other branches near by are closed as well so I don't know what to do. Just want to close my account.

Fees for nothing! Never enough tellers yet people sitting at desks seemingly doing nothing while there is a line for the one teller. They just charge fees for no reason ? We ve had our accounts here for years as they close more & more banks & we drive further to a bank. “Everybody” in line says I Hate this bank. But this month we got a $25 fee and $3 fee for a statement? We never asked for! Oh & .03 cents interest for our $4,700 🥳. We have not changed banks because of our paychecks being auto deposited & hassle to change. Bank of America loves to charge you $ but interest is Ridiculously low to 0. Dont bank here!

Love the staff and the preferred rewards benefits that I get with my credit cards and I also have my auto loan and home loan with them because the rates are very good.
