My loans are always processed by Adriana Barajas. Every time I go to this branch, she greats me with a customer service friendly smile. She always gives me all the information I need to know before waking out the door. She is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her for your banking needs. Kudos for her! She is awesome!!

If I could give negative stars I would. They put a full week freeze on a mobile deposit of mine for roughly $1,600 for reasons unknown which prohibited me from paying my bills on time and costing a lot of money in payment return fees. Bill pay accounts of mine from other companies have been frozen and it is a night mare getting it lifted because of Covid-19. Their only solution was a sorry. I will never suggest this credit union and I wish they did not buy out my previous bank. Worst banking experience of my life!

Not only did I get a new card in the mail without requesting one but it was also because someone may have "compromised" my account! That's something important to know over the phone RIGHT AWAY, to back that up I have zero clue what my new pin is since they didn't provide that either. I'll be switching to Chase on my next day off.

Had really good luck at other credit union one branches but this one held a check for 7 days, after the check cleared the payers account. I may just move my account. Zero reason for that and they will not remedy the issue. Still on hold. Probably should post where I can but I see they have more 1 star ratings than anything. Maybe a branch management thing. The fish stinks from the head down.

After 20 plus years banking with Good Shepherd I switched to another Catholic Credit Union. Very sad to have to do it but the hours are awful, fees to high, and just not the same institution I loved to bank at. Plus I hate the no deposit slips.

I have been a member since 1966 when Good Shepherd Credit Union was in a small building on Fort Street and Moran. Seen many changes but the merger with Credit Union One has gone straight downhill. Poor service many new fees and not friendly and can never get through on the phone. I have closed my checking account and investment accounts waiting for stay at home order to end so I can close my savings account. So sad .

I enjoy using this bank, I started using credit union one after the merger. Before the merger when it was good Shepard I couldn't open an account because of one reason or another, Credit union gave me a chance. I expecially like the no paper policy here, as long as you have your ID and member card all you gotta do is tell them what you want and that's it. I strongly recommend this bank to anyone.

Ever since the merger my service has been awful and after almost 30 years of keeping loans in good standing and never defaulting, if my loan is a few days late they hold my money hostage unless I pay my loan. I choose to bank and deposit here, I don't have to. After several different poor experiences I am ready to move on. There is too much competition for my business to be treated like this.

Do not use there online bill pay. The send a check through the mail and cant even see that they have sent it till it gets cashed. Took 8 days to cash a check for a bill and by that time I had already made a payment online. So I made double payments and now have to fight to get my money back. Worst system ever!

After the merger I am disgusted with their service, from no paper slips at the drive thru to them having an 8 yr old address that they sent my debit card to. Also the LP office phone number has been coming up as unallocated? Looking to move on to another credit union.
