Very satisfactory assistance from bank associate. Needed my ATM card renewed, expiration soon. Will not have to wait for card in my mailbox. New card was processed that day with associate's help. She was very friendly, cordial and professional. My wait time in line, 15 minutes, after three customers ahead of me and two being attended. This was a Thursday afternoon without many customers and only two associates due to their personnel shortage. Completely satisfied with my visit. Thank you.

Frank was was awesome! He offered to set up my account on my IPhone to track my account at ease. This young was was courteous, friendly and demonstrated a true professional demeanor. We did experience some computer system issues. My only recommendation is IT work out these kinks to facilitate member assistance.

I always get great service, especially from the manager at Lee Trevino when I needed special help with an identity theft situation. She was great ….. Only, one major problem, the receptionist at Lee Trevino. has a very poor attitude. The two times in separate dates I experienced a lack of empathy and have also observed her working with other customers on several occasions…She needs to realize that she is the face of First Light …..needs to be trained in customer service and smile …grumpy personality (sic)….she would never work for me…

I am working with Frank Cano at the N Desert location and he is very knowledgeable about the services available. Easy to talk to and listens to your needs. I would highly recommend him to help you with your account service questions. I will be moving my other CU accounts to FirstLight FCU shortly.

I have been out of town dealing with other banks. I am proud to say that the people working at Firstlight and El Paso give outstanding customer service as compared to what I have experiencing unfortunately. Thank all of you and keep doing what you’re doing.

New to the bank , I hate that I can’t transfer money from my phone to another holder , or bank I definitely hate that I have to drive to the bank it self to deposit instead of using an ATM . Drove to two ATMs and all u can do with withdrawal. The lines at the back are ugly making things like this Convince can help the lines go down . Update y’all’s app

My worst experience ever! Will definitely never bank with this bank, horrible service. Their excuse, human error on their part I paid $250 in fees and they refused to reimburse me the money. Never an apology, never received an answer to my phone call or email. I had to go into to the bank to get some kind of an answer, Supervisor Rogelio Perez and Damara Varela Advisor - worst customer service.

People on the phone were patient and listened to my issue and were able to resolve something that many people might not have opted too!

It was good I can talk to the cashier and do what need to do what i came in for and also do some small talk with her too and fill like i am talking to and friend.

FLFCU has been my bank for over 15 years! They are excellent and you don't need to go through hoops when you're applying for loans etc.

Very professional, helpful, and courteous staff. Love their services such the My first car loan, my daugther was so happy to be able to start her credit history. As for me this institution has and will be my choice when it comes to any loan.

FirstLight representative was attentive, fast, and though. She made sure my account that had fraud was canceled, then issued me a new bank card as fast as possible. Answered my additional questions, and set up a phone appointment for a home loan. Great service.

Had a GREAT experience! (The amazing thing is that the bank lobby was open until 5:00. Don't have that convenience at BoA.) I did NOT have to wait in line very long, a teller was available wthin a few minutes. My transaction went smoothly. When I asked, the teller gave me some additional information about the refi for auto loans that I had heard about on the radio.. He was very knowledgeable. One negative, the Teller's Names are hung outside each station, however the name does not match the teller serving you. Why? I guess it makes a great conversation breaker. Thank you for always taking care of my needs and kindly giving me additional information when I ask.

The staff at FirstLight Federal Credit Union always shows me genuine interest about helping me reach my financial goals. Every single time I reach out for any service whether to finance a vehicle, open a credit line, or help my teenage daughter with her account, they are always willing and available to provide guidance and help my family. I highly recommend this credit union. Drive thru closes at 6pm, which is very convenient. ATMs are available inside every Walgreens.

First Light was on top of their game! They found alternatives to my credit issues by providing multiple products for my credit needs. I recommend this Credit Union 1000%...yes I wrote 1000%.

I've had a really great experience so far with First Light. I came in last week to get a loan I didn't have an account with them so I had to do it over the phone. The people on the phone were great and super helpful. They helped me set up my loan and get all set up right away. We came in on Saturday and got a checking account set up with Frank and he was very helpful, and gave us the best information for our future needs. I will definitely be doing future business with them.

Online banking so convenient and easy. Drive thru ATM and lobby kiosk another plus for convenience. And security guard, the young lady at the reception desk and the tellers are extremely helpful and cordial. Tops

I was processed very quickly & it was a pleasant experience, Mr. Franco said it would take about an hour of my time & it really took an hour. Mr. Franco was polite & concerned about me & asked if I needed anything like water or a break. Good experience.

Very Nice bank! On line set up was very easy. To open an account is cheaper than i thought. Great for only 5 dollars. Since it was going to take some time for my Debit card to come in. They gave me an apt at my local branch. Also very easy set up. It took about 15 minutes and out the door. Very courteous tellers in person and on the phone! i highly recommend!

Ive worked with First Federal Credit Union for years in different positions In many different branches. They are a credit union that’s there to help the members achieve financial success!! They can do shared branching with other credit unions that are here in the US / the loans that are giving are a great value and truly do save you your money! And can improve your credit so you can get even lower interest rates when your doing other financing! I surely wish I could go back to working again.. I’ve gone all around El Paso and I’ve actually had different members ask me where I am And why am I not there to help them. It’s so crazy because different members still do have my business cards!

The young lady who took care of me, had great customer service, helpful, took care of me in the front counter, then took me to her office for other services I needed. So that is why I am rating her excellent 5 Star

Terrible Service. Worse If You Have To Call. If You Have Time To Wait An Hour For The Automated Lady To Stop Talking. Then Another Hour To Wait Because You Are Caller 37 No Matter What Time You Call. Worst Constomer Service because of the employees but because of the company itself.

Patricia really came through for me she checked and checked she ask questions to a co worker and resolved a major issue for me as I needed proof of purchase as I have lost the purchase receipt and she found it a big relief $1644.33 is a major issue for me especially when the product is under warranty!👍

Been waiting since the end of APRIL for a card that was hacked. Was charged twice for 2 replacements that I still HAVENT RECEIVED. What kind of pathetic excuse of card replacement is this???

I have been a member of FirstLight Federal Credit Union since 1991and I have been extremely satisfied with my entire association with them. The staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and go above and beyond to make sure that all your questions and needs are answered/met to your complete satisfaction. I feel like I'm part of a large family and would not consider using any other financial institution. FirstLight is #1 for me based on previous unpleasant experiences with other banking facilities.
