I got replacement for my H&R refund card which came pure white (not personalized) I get my child tax credit and refund on there and these people wouldn't let me withdraw money claiming it's a fake card since its not colored, they didn't even tryit. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for a personalized card and have very little money on hand.

I have been with this bank for almost 19 years now! Never have I had a problem with any staff or had any problems with on line banking as well! Last year my account was hacked and right away they caught it because I never spend the amount of money that was trying to be charged, right after they caught it they froze my account and called me right away and sent out a new card. Love 1st Bank and so does my boss who had owned his own business for 35 years now!

This morning I was informed by my office that when reporting a fraudulent charge on our account, the response was essentially âso whatâ and no steps could be taken to resolve this. My company ran well over a million dollars through your bank last year alone. I am highly concerned at this institutions total lack of concern with the security of my account and reports of fraudulent charges. Is this really how this place handles the security of our funds? Assuming today will be handled the same as every other concern I have had in the 2 years my account has been opened, meaning I will be blown off, I will begin to migrate my banking else ware ASAP. What good is a bank if my funds are not safe?

Staff is rude. Donât trust your app because it doesnât update like it does on their end. Might want to wait 3 days for your paycheck to post before you spend money because your app wonât say the same thing as what it does on their end and they will charge you fees. Also when someone hacks your account they will tell you you will get your card in 5-7 business days buts it more like 10-14 business days. After 5 years Iâm leavin this bank.

Beware they wonât give your your money!! No matter what you have to prove itâs you. I gave my social, my ID, my verbal password, and my 3 question security answers. But they still wouldnât give it to me. This is my rent money they were messing with. It took about 10 Minutes of arguing to get it. The women working this bank are creepy and dragging it down. No wonder this First Bank has the lowest rating out of all of them.

First Bank has always provided us with extraordinary banking services and excellent customer service. We originally came to First Bank with challenges that most other banks were not interested in helping us, in any way. Megan at First Bank was our first contact and she was so very understanding and helpful. I have been with them now for over 7 years and can attest to their customer first philosophy. In this day and age where you are viewed by most banks as just a "number" as they are so large there is no one who really knows who you are as a person, and this is where First Bank shines! Christy and her entire team has always been there for us and always lends a personal understanding as well as her time to assist us with our various financial needs. As a small business owner she and her team has always been most attentive and helpful with everything we have needed to grow. I would recommend any small business owner or in need of personal banking to seek them out. You will always be greeted with a smile and a welcome. (By the way, smile and laugh with them...they always love a good joke!)

I don't even want to give them 1 star. Today around 2 o'clock I went through the drive thru and cashed my paycheck, after receiving cash I remembered I needed to pay an online bill, I then asked them to deposit $100 into my account forgetting that it takes 3 hours to credit to the account, I didn't have time to drive through the atm to deposit the cash because I needed to be somewhere, after it already took them 30 minutes to cash one check. I needed to pay my bill by 3 o'clock, at 2:40 I called the bank to request them to credit my money to my account early instead of waiting the 3 hours, note they have done this for me before. I was greeted by an extremely rude teller who proceeded to tell me that first of all I should have requested that I needed the money immediately upon deposit which I've never been told that, they've always insisted that it'll take 3 hours and then she said that I should have went through the atm if I wanted it immediately which I explained to her that I did not have the time to or I would have otherwise. She then asked if I had the receipt for proof of the transaction so she could pull it up, which I did not. I then told her the time I came through and my account information. She remembered me, I assume she was the teller I talked to at the drive thru. She then said, "If I remember correctly you cashed a check of $1,000, why do you need $100 automatically in your account." That is very personal and should not have been asked in the first place, but I explained to her again it was because I needed to pay an online bill before a certain time. She then goes on to tell me that she cannot credit the money to my account because the money was not cashed but withdrawn from my check, I proceeded to tell her that, that wasn't true. I specifically asked for my check to be cashed first and then deposited the $100 into my account. I asked again why she couldn't do it because as I said before I've had people do it for me before. She simply said oh, well they shouldn't have done that. The call ended with no sympathy on her end and it was the worse experience I have ever had at this bank or any bank ever. I ended up missing my online payment and am now charged a late fee because the funds were not readily available to me. This is how you lose business and I will be switching my bank soon.

It took no fewer than 4 visits to this bank, just to get my married name changed on my accounts. 4 visits?!? And even then, I had to go to another branch to make it happen. The other branch managed to do it in about 10 minutes...on my first visit. Incompetence runs deep at the Garden of The Gods Location. I live right around the corner from that location, but refuse to do any of my banking there - I'll drive to ANY other location to do my banking.
