Our family is moving from out of state to a new apartment in Colorado Springs. We have a "to-do" list a mile long and are trying to keep track of a lot of things. When we needed to get renter's insurance, I contacted Linda (who had come highly recommended) and she was fantastic! Very friendly and highly professional, Linda took care of everything very quickly, giving us one less thing to have to worry about. I am happy to give her the highest recommendation!

Have all three cars insured with Geico but may be changing that after the horrible experience trying to get roadside today! Called three times and requested through the app for a tow . After calling back a third time was told there was no request in and the the app must have glitched . Okay I could understand that except for that I had already spoken to two reps who assured towing was on the way ! Now waiting for a tow truck with an estimated two hour wait . So that puts the total time of almost six hours waiting for Geico to pull it together. Thankful this wasn't an emergency situation and I have the time to wait but not can't trust them to be there if there is!

Been with Geico for almost 20 years (car insurnace) and when I bought a new home I bundled the home insurance with them. HUGE MISTAKE my auto insure went down for 3 months then skyrocketed!!! I'm paying more now than I ever have. Asked if they could work with me and they said nope prices are rising and the customer eats the cost no matter how long or how much business they have done with geico. Thanks a lot really appreciate the way you treat loyal customers.

I just had the worst experience with Geico dealing with a total loss claim. The lack of communication and the way our assigned auto damage adjuster handled the process is upsetting. If I could I would give 0 stars! Once this nightmare is over, I will switch insurance for sure

Completely unorganized. It has been a total mess the last 2 months dealing with geico from them Completely messing up our auto pay billing and not telling us. To dealing with a claim has been a nightmare..

I've been with this company for almost 6 months now, with no issues. The day my vehicle was in a hit and run is when everything I liked about this insurance went straight down the toilet. The day I called Geico, a middle aged lady that answered the phone said they could pay for the rental until my car was out of shop, so I picked my rental up. About 2 weeks later I got a phone call from the lady handling my claim told me otherwise and that it would only be paid for while it was in the shop and that they would only pay that it was only 30 days and she informed me I was "LUCKY" she was even paying the 30 days . I get 0 effort of any kind of communication unless it was to ask about what shop my car would go to. Weeks later I had gotten frustrated because I work and go to school so I need a vehicle to get back and forth, (remind you I was not at fault for the accident It was a hit and run) so being without a vehicle wasn't an option, I called Geico and explained my concerns and let them know that the lady handling my claim was indeed rude by telling me I was lucky. I was told they could possibly extend the payment with Geico to pay for the rental if I spoke with someone higher up, again information was incorrect. This company is disrespectful, cannot use proper communication and clearly don't care. My car is still in shop due to issues the mechanic had during the process of fixing my vehicle. NEVER AGAIN.

Geico is not a good company period! I have been with them for over 10 years, no tickets, no accidents no missed or late payments and they continually raise my rates without just cause or proper notice. Then when I do get someone on the phone it’s the same generic answer instead of the truth our CEO AND BOARD MEMBERS GAVE THEMSELVES RAISES. They only care if you want to add or bundle your insurance other then that they don’t care about customer satisfaction. Go with another insurance carrier you’ll be better off. Geico is a money grubbing company that does nothing but take take take. When you need something it’s usually met with delays and excuses. Hey Geico great job you are losing a longtime customer because your greedy and lousy at communicating!

I had a very good experience with Linda, your Geico representative. She was very efficient and I was very satisfied with the policy and the pricing that she obtained for me. Linda did a terrific job, she explained things to me well and took down my information accurately and quickly. I will definitely return to Geico for my insurance needs next year.

Geico does NOT care about the customers ! They just want money ! I’ve been with them for 10+ years ! They have NO Loyalty! No sympathy ! They couldn’t give me 2 extra days to pay before canceling my policy after 10+ years !! With multiple policy’s including Rental! STAY AWAY from the lizard 🦎!! They should change it to a snake 🐍 that’s exactly what they are! SNAKES 🐍!! Manger -Kayla- employee #199305 - worst manger I’ve ever talk too !! She did nothing! She cared not 1 bit!! I am very disappointed and I regret giving the 🐍 lizard my Loyalty & money for 10+ plus years !! State Farm is worth the extra money they actually care for they customers and give them Help when they need it !… I highly recommend Paying extra and going to State Farm !! 🐍 Geico is cheaper for a reason ,They don’t carry that high value and respect as State Farm . We’ve been with geico for years , spoken with tons of different agents over the phone for the past several years and not once did anyone mention they offer a 15% military discount to active duty. We wanted to see if they could apply that starting with our new policy since we got a new truck and renewed our policy. We have called them the last two days and have gotten several answers. Today I spoke to a lady that said “absolutely we do”, she said she’d send us the link over into our email. Called back when I received nothing, and was told by a different agent that they stopped offering that discount some time ago. I’m very confused and frustrated with the whole thing. Geico’s website states they offer active duty and retired those discounts. Come on now so misssleading and so frustrating!!!! Now they don’t want to take care of us?

For anyone that is looking to insure with geico I strongly suggest looking else where. I have been a loyal customer to them for 5 years. There has not been one payment that has been late in those five years. Now I get into a minor accident and geico could care less to help me. I get stuck with a claims adjuster by the name of Matthew who literally does not know what he is doing. I ask him if there is any shops geico works with directly and he tells me he doesn’t know. Then I get told that I will have to be the one that updates him about my claim. This is day 5 of my car sitting at the shop and he just now assigned an independent adjuster to come inspect my vehicle. I have called this independent adjuster Christopher rock multiple times and no response. I have left voicemails with no call back. I am literally stranded 500 miles from home with no communication from geico or it’s adjusters on even when an estimate is going to get completed. I’ve worked in the insurance industry as an adjuster for year and can personally tell you I have had clients paid out within a week of their accident. I would avoid geico at all costs. Their adjusters don’t take care of you when it really comes down to it. This is my first and will absolutely be my last claim with this company.

They fraudulently charged my account then they would not return my money to me I was charged overdraft fees from my bank and overdrawn $300 due to their fraudulent activity. Finally after 10 days they "overnighted" me a check. I will never go back to this company.

I was overly impressed with the attitude and followup by Mary Cook when investigating homeowners insurance for a house I will purchase soon. She gave me the quotes, transferred the info to the loan company and followed up to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Very impressive with the virus issues going on and still being productive with efficiency.
