While we were moving from Boise to Nashville we need something faxed and Walmart couldn’t do it so I asked the bank and the manager was more than happy to help and didn’t even question that we didn’t have an account and didn’t charge us. They were extremely helpful to traveling strangers!!! Thank you team.

Never the same person working. I've had my account since 2011 and go to the Walmart branch most every Wednesday to deposit a payroll check.. the young man scrutinized the check and ask me if I had ever cashed a check here before. I said , the card I gave you has my account number and I am depositing the check, what is the problem. Another new face stepped over and actually argued with me when I asked for $100 money order.. what happened to customer service?? Arguing mellineal branch manager, no way !!! Quit using this branch..

It's called customer service. If that is what you pride yourself in, then how did this situation arise? There came a problem as to why I couldn't cash my check at my bank. So when I tried asking her more questions she put up the closed sign and walked away. At least she said "have a good day" before she left. I just needed money so my infant daughter could have diapers..

Thank you Peyton for helping me and answering all my questions. Peyton somehow managed to take the "business" portion of everything and treated me like I was family. This hasn't been the first time that I have felt this way, reason I've been banking with them since I was 16.
