After 20 years of excellent credit and never missing a mortgage payment, I received a "demand letter" from their loan department, six months before the note was paid off.. If I couldn't pay the full balance in 72 hours, they would seize my property, evict me and keep all twenty years of on time payments. I wend to the Durant office and demanded to know who called the note. They told me they could not tell me who called the note or why. By law they are required to do that, but they refused. I am 69 years old. The wise consumer would NEVER get a home or commercial loan from this crooked bank. My trust is shattered.

Susan is amazing and very knowledgeable. Made the entire process extremely easy and was always available to answer any questions that came up. 10/10 would recommend her to absolutely everyone who is looking to purchase a home.

Watch your accounts closely especially if you are using the app. My spouse and I started noticing discrepancies in the app and we starting taking screen shots before the system would “update”. After the “update” we would have multiple late charges or Insufficient funds charges whereas the night before we had plenty of money in our account. All of those fraud charges were refunded because we proved with our screenshots that our account had money. Also, the mortgage department is just as bad and WAY to many transferring between departments with no real answers. It seems like it’s ran like the mafia.
