When you have an important question and the President of the bank calls you back to make sure you're taken care of, that speaks large volumes. I'm sure that doesn't happen all the time... I hope not for his sake. But still... a great bank!

It’s amazing why I am still at this bank. Got money taken from me when I was depositing 600$ he told me i gave him 500$ they made it right after a hassle. Then I try and pay all my bills at once guess what? You have a spending limit .. okay wow. They “allowed” me to up my limit “this once” ... REALLY!!? It’s my MY money!

By far the worst bank I have ever used.

Always helpful, going above and beyond to answer questions and find solutions. Very nice bank, exceptional people.

Heard lots of good things about Vision, but I inquired about a loan through them sent in all documents and called to check in. No response back, so I’m giving them poor customer service!!

This bank is WOW. So for the years I’ve had this bank, I’ve never had it to where my account can over draft. Ever. If I owe a bill, it waits. Well it did, Apple took 12$ from me. Which overdraft me into 30 something dollars. I call to tell them this is a mistake trust me I’ve had bills be debited till money is in my account for it to take. The lady was rude and told me no, in fact I do have auto draft on. I said that’s impossible because the lady I spoke with said I would have to sign a paper for that which I never did. Show me the paper where I signed up for that! She just kept saying I did and I got mad and hung up on her. A few minutes later I get a email from vision bank saying there was a mistake and their computers were down the day the money was taken so it probably allowed it they are sorry and will remove the charge. Cool. Then I look at my account and I’m still -12$ like I get that’s MY bill but guess what it would’ve be negative if y’all did your job. So now I’m getting harassed via mail about the -12$ I’ve been trying to close this account .. don’t threaten me with a good time. This bank is trash this is like that 5th time they have tried to screw me or have screwed me. Go else where !!

I love vision bank but i wish you would get atms where you can deposit mobey after hours and choose your denomination.

Seriously charge us $10.00 to call in a pymt on our loan during a time we are to stay home. My health I'm high risk yet yall want me to get out and touch. What if I am sick and yall touch my check instead of a call

Love vision bank they always been there for me when I needed a bank for anything.

They have one of the slowest drive throughs. I literally sit in line for 15 minutes before the person in front of me is finished. Although I have yet to have financial problems this is still ridiculous.
