Horrible experience that is a never ending nightmare!!!! DO NOT USE THIS TITLE COMPANY!!!! First Title and abstract were negligent is their handling of a property I was purchasing. Their actions have led a two year court battle over an escrow account that could have easily been taken care of right away by a decent title company. Do yourself a favor and use any other of the local companies to close your purchase. YOU WILL END UP PAYING THEIR LAWYOR FEES! You have been warned!

Debra is the BEST !!! I am have been closing with her for over 15 years as a buyer, seller, Real Estate Broker, and as a mortgage Broker. She get 's it done - fast and correct !!! I use her for all my corporate and personal closings! I recommend her to all my friends and family - if you want it done fast and done right - call Debra! Worst mistake trusting this firm. Terrible lawyer and took money out of my escrow account while charging me lawyer fees. They just want your money but if you run into an escrow dispute like I did they will leave you high and dry. Stay away from them. These people aren’t professionals. They are a joke. I would give them zero stars just like the $0 I got back from my escrow account.

Worst experience ever period. Have closed on properties over 26 times in my lifetime but never came across such an organization. HOW DO THEY EVEN SURVIVE? Its not due to pandemic, its their company's culture that is extremely unprofessional. Will never close any other deal with them.
